you're not eating enough calories, that will damage and slow your metabolism, if you want to loose weight you just have to be on a calorie defict. Probably the weight that you're loosing is water and muscle. You don't have to starve yourself to reach your goals! 🥺
@@marymat5058 the base metabolic rate of a small adult is like 1400 calories a day and thats before any physical activity at all which can add anywhere from 250 - 1000 additional calories depending on how much you move. a calorie deficit shouldn't be more than 250 below the amount you burn if you dont want to damage your metabolism. (so yes this isn't enough) (i'm not trying to police what she eats btw she can do whatever she wants this is just information)
Hey :D about the "Grießpudding": I felt the same, tried the same and other brands, it's just too sweet.. But I realized it's sooo simple to make your own proteinbased Grießpudding. It doesn't take long and is pretty cheap compared to the store bought ones. You'll just need Grieß, milk (it also works with vegan alternatives), one scoop (un)flavoured proteinpowder and a sweetener of your liking. I used some vanilla flavour drops (at some places you can get it for under 6 euros and it lasts very long. I had mine about almost half a year and its maybe about 1/4 less)... maybe that might be something for you or others. :D greetings from baden-württemberg :D

my thoughts exactly! recommended calorie intake for adult women are 1600-2400 cal per day. If you are on a low cal diet, you can cut down to 1100-1300 cal per day. Please choose your diet wisely, low cal/low sugar/low fat, ask your doctor what suits best.

Guys I was much skinnier one year ago I started sound extreme diets That my body didn’t like and there for I ruined my metabolism I was 43kg but after a year I was 55kg Now I’m currently 45 trying to loose more well u might say that’s a really low weight well very short that’s why and I look fat even if I’m around 45 so I hope to be around 40-43 please don’t starve you’re self eat whatever u wnat but be careful that those food are not high in calories if u wanna loose weight u don’t have to cut out chocolate or sweet from ur life if u are craving for chocolate Then eat a piece of chocolate if ur stomach wants something then give it to it but if u don’t u will want it more and u will eat it more so Make Sure ur diet is very balanced unlike my Old diet now I’m much better My body is use to eating less and not eat untill my stomach is full lemme give u a tip don’t eat when ur full Don’t wear sweets after dinner or breakfast you already know what they taste like so why try them again thr things that keep u away from reaching ur goals
Came to say this. Dieting is unhealthy because you do it to reach a certain goal by cutting from eating. You shouldn't be eating fast food and stuff all the time but once a week is okay. You can also eat sweets if you really crave. You don't need to eat 3 times a day, just eat whenever you feel hungry at whatever time you feel hungry and don't eat till you are completely full. The moment you stop dieting you will gain even more weight back even if you don't eat too much because you cut back so much and starved your body so when you go back to a normal eating your body will attack to the food. It won't be consistent. Instead just eat balanced and naturally, whatever your body craves but moderately and move a little bit. Even if you have a sedentary lifestyle, you can still do the exercises she does in her 3 week exercise video which only take 15 mins a day. Just have a balanced life, don't stress yourself over your weight and looks, folks. Stress and sadness is the number one reason why your body stores food as if going to war, it produces cortisol hormone. Eat healthly, eat balanced, exercise a little bit or more if you can, don't stress and believe you will see changes. It doesn't happen overnight, but it will happen. To whoever is reading the comments, stay safe folks.

It completely sucks to see a million comments about wishing to diet ALL the time. It's a really fucked up way to live. It also sucks that life revolves around food - tradition, holidays, family, dating, hanging out with friends, travel, health and healing. None of that means a damn thing to someone obsessed with not eating, obsessed with burning calories or barfing them up. You become very skilled at lying and ditching everything social, eventually ending up as alone as you had wished for. Eventually it's just habit, shitty habit that ruins everything.... Even if you are thin. No one believes this shit but you can get skeletal or you can be curvy, either way, you'll feel like crap and be so isolated that you'll be forced to understand that isolation and habit is fucked up. If you're lucky, it might not happen in your teens or 20s so you might get a few years feeling you have it mastered. Then it will kick your ass. Stroke, paralysis with blood tickling out your ear alone where no one can call 911 to save your ass, with a mouth full of missing teeth and looking 20 years older than you are. If somehow you don't die on that floor or any time prior, quit fucking yourself over in life and eat. Eat what you want, be reasonably but not obsessively active, and make true efforts to connect with people, to be true friends.
I'm wondering what time you get up when your first meal is around 11am 😅 a get up really early (3 am) and go to bed around 8pm, so if I would eat like you I would stare most of the day 😅 And also, do you rotate your "meal day" how you want or... Because for a week of diet you show just 3 days .. 🤔 I am doing your abs work out routine and it's great 👍🏻
@@pikachuuuw well... I didn't really follow it meal by meal, but I droped my calorie intake to around 1200, I go for a 20-minute-run and I follow the abs workout too and also not so much changed :/ but it's been just 5th day today so... Maybe with time?

@@yukari355 I continued after short break, but now I'm not counting calories, just not eating that much and I added about 30 minutes of cardio dance workout to lose weight not just in abs area... It's almost week and a half and I'm noticing some changes in lost centimetres :)

I don't think the cola is good maybe try and substitute it with green tea or still have cola but just less and reduce it as the days go by

@@pikachuuuw well... I didn't really follow it meal by meal, but I droped my calorie intake to around 1200, I go for a 20-minute-run and I follow the abs workout too and also not so much changed :/ but it's been just 5th day today so... Maybe with time?
@@marketaslaufova6718 I dropped to 1200 too and it's my 4th day and I still didn't lose weight. Did you continue this workout ? If so did you get any results ?
@@yukari355 I continued after short break, but now I'm not counting calories, just not eating that much and I added about 30 minutes of cardio dance workout to lose weight not just in abs area... It's almost week and a half and I'm noticing some changes in lost centimetres :)

Hello, nitang! I really loved your videos especially the abs work out. I was just wondering what time you exercise? Is it in the early morning, noon, afternoon or just anytime of the day whenever there's free time? Because I'm genuinely having a hard time when I should exercise. Thank you so much!
I do exercise when i have free time, but normally i do it at morning (7:00-8:00) or at noon (15:00-16:00)

@@nitang139 vâng ạ. E béo đều, tay vai chân bụng đùi, nhưng hiện tại chỉ theo tập mỗi bài bụng của c thôi ạ. Mình có cần kết hợp các bài tập khác để giảm tổng thể hay là tập chuyên 1 bài sau đó chuyển bài khác ạ. E cảm ơn ạ

•It's currently 10:40 am and I ate breakfast at 9am . I feel pretty good , nothing changed so far

Note: Today I only drank water with some lemon in it . I suggest you to do the same because the lemon has a lot of vitamins and it can help a lot for weight loss diet!!

•I had lunch at 1:45pm . A sandwich with one egg , some really low fat cheese, 2 cherry tomatoes , some cucumber slices and some green pepper slices . Near that sandwich I had a banana sliced 🍌.

•My dinner was at 6:15pm . I ate 60g of rice and two small cooked turkey slices. As a dessert I ate a diet green apple .
