I ride the x formula too. Been on the nanos for about 3 weeks. I love them. Waaaaay better than the x. Seeing my wheels has unlocked so many tricks for me!
Super grippy on rough and smooth asphalt and same for concrete.
Slides really well (out the package they don’t slide but give it a few minutes)
AMAZING on curbs. The extra room is exactly what I needed for my Indy 144s to lock PERFECTLY on curbs. The outside round edge is amazing for climbing up curbs, the side cut inner edge locks you in great. Same for rails and it slides great on them.
Being able to see my wheel under my board now, I can place it perfectly.
Manuals are effortless. Can’t wait to learn coconut mannies!
(Definitely not trying to review on your post, just posting my impressions!)

Just got mine in the mail, watched this video while setting them up on a fresh setup. I bought the exact same setup I was previously riding a set of dragon formula on.
The one thing I noticed, you get sucked up onto rounded curbs so easily, and because of the outside profile, I roll out of cracks I previously got stuck in.
Tossed it at a curb I haven't been confident skating because it drops about half an inch from blacktop to concrete, and catches me every single time coming off on my dragons.
Definitely go find some classic rounded curbs and you'll see how effortless it feels.

I have 4 total Andy Anderson boards and now two sets of these. My honest impression is he should have never mentioned the word Dragon or allowed his wheels IN ANY WAY to be compared. They are not like Dragons at all and I was hoping for simply a Dragon with freestyle features. The wider contact patch makes these much grippier than I am used to and the slide is different as well. Dragons are so far ahead of everything I’ve ridden that these are a good niche wheel if you need axle nut protection or find Dragons too slippery or soft and do things like wallride and coconut wheelie. None of those apply to me but axle nut protection is cool. I absolutely feel it a step down in feel and the perks of the wheel don’t apply to me. These may be a better feeling wheel than (insert any name) it just isn’t close to a better feel than Dragons for me. I think people should understand up front if you are used to Dragons don’t expect the same feel. Closer to X97

@@stickersteve007 glad you like them. PROD has been riding them for years so there’s nothing wrong with them really. Back in the day I was all about Destructo. Pure garbage but I learned alot of tricks on them somehow. Haha. Then turned Indy addict since around ‘05

@memorysometimers3067 I was always an indy guy. Avoided ventures forever. Glad I finally tried them

@@stickersteve007 interesting. Not long ago after watching Ben Degros’ skateboard parts madness I decided to try a whole bunch of different trucks and I couldn’t do the switch to any of them. I did like the grind feel of ventures so I guess that’s why they’re good for slappys.

@memorysometimers3067 yeah they grind great. I went through the same thing with trucks. Ventures were the only ones that I liked. I'm done with trying trucks now

Re-invention of the wheel is always a gimmick. It's not new, just means more options.

In fact the reason is probably why the nut is hidden is that it gives the user better flat ground user ability? What would Mullen do?

I'll never not think his boards are gimmicks because he says 'its perfect' everytime he makes a new one. Welll if it was perfect hed never have to make a new one. I prefer the classic shapes... These wheels on the other hand im getting JUST to protect my axle threads. Hate smashed threads.
