Far too niche to be honest, and most other reviews are negative. You might as well get the 18,000mAh Energizer phone, or a big battery case if you need that much battery life.
Yeah you're right, I heard about the Energizer phone at MWC but I didn't know it died after the failed IndieGoGo campaign. Maybe a P30 Pro (which has aggressive battery management) with a battery case instead.
The tablet I have is a Samsung 10, and basically, I would like to use it as a drawing tablet hooked up to my computer which runs my preferred art programs. A better way to do this would be to use a usb converter. I'm not fully sure how to do this yet, but I'm looking in to it as well. The reason for this is that it decreases lag by directly connecting to the pc, which for drawing can be super important. If you figured it out can you tell me how you're doing it?

windows 10 tablets can do it without any 3rd party apps wirelessly. go to action center and then press connect and then find your tablet(it needs to have bluetooth on)
If both devices have Wi-Fi Direct feature, Windows 10 already have built-in feature. To your tablet where you want to project your main PC, just make sure it is discoverable.
