I think the reason why airlines aren't using the aisle method is that it would be very tricky for passangers flying together. This is particularly true for families with kids, or people with disabilities

I was going to say that as well. And it has been found to be a lot faster than other airlines when it comes to boarding. I can't remember the name, but I've started watching videos of a guy that flies airlines all over the world. He was very impressed with how fast the boarding was.

The main reason why they arent doing the fast boarding way is because some people have kids that have their own seats and they sit next to them, and the kids cant go on themselves. PLEASE think about the next generation.

You misused the phrase, “Case in point.” Also, you speak as though ALL planes have the same features. Only long-haul aircraft have crew rest cabins. Non-discount airlines still use glassware, metal flatware, and ceramic dishes. Airlines don’t all board or disembark the way you state, either.
Also most of this are information about flying and aircraft-not tips for passengers. How is discussing the qualifications for becoming a pilot and maintaining their license and then all the ways in which they’re changed a tip for passengers flying?
