    Thank you so much, this will be my 1st time cooking ribs in my Crockpot and yours was the best Crockpot ribs recipe I've seen so far. I've watched a few youtube videos and they didn't season their ribs only put bar-b-que sauce and the ribs, I needs the seasoning in my life, OKAY... LOL

    A lot of people on youtube swear they can cook BUT they really can't!! This recipe was banging!! I didn't have dry mustard so I used regular yellow mustard and I used Kroger KC style BBQ sauce. The rib tips turned out delicious... Thanks bro... The next time I'm going to rub honey on the rib tips when I broil them. You are a bad beast bro!! I'm gonna try some more of your recipes...

    I'm glad I found your page brother. I just cut some Saint Louis style out of some pork spare ribs and was trying to come up with something to do with the tips. I remember my mom used to cook rib tips in a slow cooker. So I googled some recipes and found this video. I'm glad I did cause when I seen this, this is how I remember her doing it.

    Cool video. When I do pulled pork I start it on the smoker and finish it in the crock pot with DR Pepper. I agree on adding liquid smoke. Just isn't the same.

    Not sure if you will even read this but going to post it anyways. I am new to the channel and like the laid back uncle style you have. Old cats in my neighborhood loved crown royal as well. The only issue I have is with your comment on liquid smoke. It is not artificial. Yes it is not the same as smoking your meat on a smoker but the product is actually made by burning wood and capturing the flavor into water. Some of us live in places like apartments that do not allow for smokers so you have to get that flavor and smell any way you can. Rubs, salts, and liquid smoke all have a place.What matters is the flavor and enjoyment of the food.

    • @BadBeastBarbecue
      @BadBeastBarbecue  4 года назад +2

      True, When I said artificial that's what I meant, the smoke is gathered from burning wood like you said and bottled, I tried it several times and just prefer it direct from wood to food. I do understand, Great comment and reply, thanks.

    Hey Man, just found your channel via PBC site and one of your cooks you did and they used. I’ve had my PBC from when they first started, as a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran myself, I always try to help veterans starting a new business of which the owner/designer of the PBC is. I’ve since purchased another updated version so when cooking for family get together I use both and cook plenty for some of the grandsons who can put away a full rack of ribs by themselves. At any rate I have a few questions for you - 1. What part of Louisiana are you located? We are in the Alexandria and Pineville area of Rapides Parish- 2. I gotta get one of dem LSU crock pots where did yours come from? I know you said it was a gift, but could you find out where they got it from and fill me in. 3. Do you know if the 7 inch stand can be purchased by itself? Looking forward to watching all your PBC Videos, just finished the rib-let’s vid and really that’s my favorite piece of da ribs. Looking forward to following you for more great cooks using the PBC! You done gone an got youself a brand new Sub!!!

    Just wanted to say that your video really made my day. I am going through a little bit of personal stuff right now, and I happened to fire up RUclips (to research something entirely unrelated to cooking BBQ lol.) -- and this was at the top of my suggested videos ... and I thought... "Ohh, what the hell.." and while the personal shit is still there, I feel better for watching this amazing bbq being amazingly prepared! Thanks brother.
