The future looks brighter at Man United under the direction if INEOS but this crop of U18s players is certainly a big reason to be excited about the future.

This Future will never come through under ETH. Sack him for FLICK WHILE WE CAN NOW!
It's ten haag who put Adam lawerence in charge (or certainly had a say) of the under 18s he worked closely with him in pre season, working on the style he wants to play, how many managers do we want? It doesn't work, constantly changing the manager just upsets everything right through to the youth systems, upset the youth systems and what future will we have? It's so important to get it right from the bottom up. Name a manager that comes in, brings in the youth players, as the balls to deal with undisciplined players ( that have been in our team for years) we need hunger, players that are proud to play for united, players that respect the manager for being given these opportunities, otherwise we end up in the same boat, more martials, paul pogbas, Ronaldo.2 sanchos, how many times do we need to see that it doesn't work, ten haag is the right manager give him time it his second season, a season full of problems out of his control, he's now getting the support the structure that he needs one thing needs changing and it's clear STOP CHANGING MANAGERS 2 seasons in
There are 12 first team squad players (including sancho) at united since 2014, luke Shaw longest and martial second longest all signed under 3 different managers who all played 3 different styles of play and 5 or 6 of these - Shaw, maguire, dalot, fernandes, rashford are still first team players because we need them at the minute they have all played under (including ten haag) at least 3 different managers and 3 different styles of play ... let's change the manager hey 😂 absolutely crazy
Great News 👏👏👏👏
Slowly blood in the best youth into the first team
Ten Hag will work wonders with them. Come on United
There is nothing in the world like being a Red. GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!!!!!!!! ♥♥♥♥♥
it is so good yet so bad🤣🤣
Something to celebrate this season😂

That and the 3 game unbeaten streak against the dippers this season 😂
The academy system is John Murtough legacy but Sam will never admit it proudly. The staff hired at that level from scouts to coaching are proving how good they are, started with the Youth Cup with Kobbie and Garnacho now the league!
Actually he's said that exactly many videos now
Manchester United's U18s BRAVO!!!
Showing the first team the way. The futures bright. I've been impressed with Scanlon all season and also McCallister whose a great Captain
Congratulations to the young lads .
Been hearing that "The future is bright" for almost a decade.
Depends how you define bright.
If you define it as Utd are going to win the treble, then no.
If you define it as Utd are probably going to have the best batch of academy graduates in the country - then yes.
Don't remind me 😢
Thanks for the information Sam. Well-done and kudos to the U-18 United Team. Seems United's future is really looking good. The conveyor belt is still producing good talents.😊
Watched it buzzing for them!
Don't get to excited yet, only one or two will make the first team squad, historically fact's, talking about Kieran McKenna I can see him being a future MUFC manager

Erik ten Hag Revolution incoming. All the ingredients are there:
1. New ownership building a new structure to be a proper football club.
2. An academy brimming with talent eager to come through.
3. A fan base tired of the 10 year sacking cycle, understanding that developing their club runs deeper than judging what happens on the field weekend by weekend.
COME ON YANITED!
Manifestation on the PL... City wins 4 in a row but United break the cycle(U18)... City win 4 in a row in PL but united next season break the cycle, amen.(MANIFEST) 🙏🙏
Well done to the U18s. Great video Sam
Why is ten hag tactic working for kids but not for the senior players ? It’s the same system. And after 2 seasons you clearly see ten hag hand in this.
Just was thinking the same thing.. trust the youth GGMUFC
And it's been a great collaboration between Ten Hag and Lawrence who has got them playing Ten Hag ball. They press, It's fast, it's ruthless, it's extremely entertaining. The only thing still lacking from a scouting point of view is a few highly talented, technically gifted, defensive monsters. They are difficult to come by, but there must be some out there who defend because they like defending instead of being stuck at the back just because they are not quite good enough or fast enough to play elsewhere.
Congratulations to the United family ⚽️⚽️⚽️💪
Congratulations 🎉 ❤️💯💪🏾 glory united
Wow the future is bright ✨💯
Thanks for always keeping us up to date with the academy. Youth is the future.
What an incredible achievement by these young lads total respect for them it's the least they deserve after dominating the league. The future certainly looks very peachy with the youth & quote frankly we need to start looking at integrating more into the first team & build from there afterall our youth is who we are as a club. Definitely showing up most of the first team
It's just beautiful to watch 🎉🎉🎉
United We Move 💪
Harrison, Amass, Fitzgerald, Fletcher, Lacey,....Let's goooo with these beautiful talents
YET AGAIN THANKS TEN AND PPL WILL NOT SEE IT LIKE THIS REMEMBER THIS PART OF HIS PLAN AND IT WILL FILTER TO THE 1ST TEAM IT A BUILDING PROCESS GUYS LETS SUPPORT TEN ❤REMEMBER HIS INVOLVEMENT INTO THE 1ST TEAM REMEMBER WE BUILDING
Big applause and Well done and congrats. to the young reds. May many of them make it to the first team very very soon! GGMU.....GGMU....GGMU....the REDS keep marching ON ON ON
GLORY!
Amazing ❤
Just how great MU youngsters really now... Hopefully this coming summer they will have a chance to stop gap at few positions that really need backup...
Congratulations to them! (also the win/draw/loss stats add up to 22 matches, not 23? at 0:41)
Hopefully many more young players make the step up to the first team 😊
I love how our kids doing well get in CHAMPIONS!!
Future looks bright indeed.
And fans want all this talent to fall to someone like Tüchel who would probably sell them and bring in a 34 year old centre half. 😂
Let's hope they can be as good as Pogba, Greenwood, Morrison and Lingard !
Got tickets for United Vs Arsenal preseason game in Los Angeles. Hoping to see some of the youngsters feature in those games
Get in lads
Ten haag and ineos must be excited ahead of the future
Not if we get rid of Ten Hag, and sign Southgate it won't be exciting, you can forget the youth development because Southgate is not interested in the youth whatsoever, he'll end up going with his favourites and stick with the experienced players, we'll have no more academy players making their prem debuts
Well done under 18s but I’m utd fan and I’m genuinely worried about our future.. I think we going into future a good season for us will be inside top 10 … if we get European football that be a fantastic season
So again with the impact and the recruitment big player will not come to utd to scrap about in cups and prem leagues
They are playing a ten Hag system and philosophy
City being dominant in both 1st team and the youth😮Scary
We need to promote the coach
Does Ten Hag have anything to do with this success? Obviously not affecting anything directly, but has there been a form of influence from the first team coach/manager that has helped to develop this?
Would it be fair to say EtH has had a positive impact with the u18s? And potentially the future development of the first team?
No, the credit goes to Nick Cox and Adam Lawrence. ETH had nothing to do with this. There was one Athletic article which said he had a say on how the U23s were trained, he has nothing to do with the u18s.
@@alexmeechan9701 But I'm sure the fact he actually gives players a pathway into the first team will help to some extent to motivate the players (not trying to just give him credit for the sake of it, I just think it would have some bearing on their motivation to actually play well and show what they can do)
@@Espeo that’s small fry in comparison to the actual restructuring we’ve seen of the academy over the last eight years. Murtough, Cox and Nicky Butt deserve far more credit.
@alexmeechan9701 I thought he had a hand at the playstyle, and as a pathway into the first team. 🤷♂️
next few games the youth need to be given game time,
i wouldn't be surprised if Coventry kick us out of the fa cup semi final
This is one of the reasons why I don't want them to sack ETH. These kids will probably thrive under him.
Next season it will be our first team winning the premier league 👊
Forget kids (well done by the way) Coventry a "team" against a united group searching for 90mins of form all season. The heat will be enormous on these players who buckle under prem games, but world is watching "No hiding place. Waiting for eleven to turn up just once this year for whole game, Coventry Will.
I guess all begins from bottom to top. We have to cleanse first team tho. Bring in mentally strong players and sell most of them.
They better not get overhyped or feel under pressure or they will end up like lingard, januzaj, or even morrison
Just saying... It was Murtough that was the one that had a huge hand in revamping our academu.
In a way actually
Watched it brilliant, Lacey going to be a superstar.and apparently for a Scouser he's a United supporter.unlike his family.
The last time the U18 won hte league was 2018 - which was Greenwood, Chong, Mengi, Garner, and more.
All of these are established Prem level players now 4 years on.
The class of 24 are clearly better than that 2018 side, (based on points collected) so its safe to say we can expect half of this team to go on to be prem level players in 3-4 years time.
None of them are at the club maybe Greenwood !
@@Darkmountaindweller not quite the point mate.
Point is we should expect a batch of premier league level players for free who all love Utd.
What Ineos/Ashworth do with them (integrate them into Utd first team, let go for free, sell for huge profits) remains to be seen.
Huge opportunity for positive things though. Absolutely love our academy heritage
@@samwize28 the last good academy player we produced was Rashford, don’t know how good mainoo is going to be yet so I’m not judging him yet, Lingard was up and down , Scott is okay , Greenwood is up in the air, what is the point of producing players if we don’t know how to integrate them into the team for make cash loads of money when we sell them, Kovar don’t know the idiots that signed off on his sale for less than 20 million he’s the first choice goalkeeper in Bayern leverkusen and a German league win, he’s worth at least 80 million now, Tendi mengi and elanga are worth 40 million each now , murturgh or what ever he’s clueless name is out hopefully ineos does better and keep the glazers far away from football matters.
@@Darkmountaindweller
- ''the last 'good' player was rashford''. It depends how you define ''good''? Personally i think Prem quality is the standard. When you think about it not many clubs consistently produce Prem standard players besides City/Che who financially dope. Utd have loads of Prem standard players over the years. (Welbeck, K Richardson, GRossi, Gibson, Shawcross, King, Drinkwater, D Simpson, Evans, Heaton, Brown, Oshea, Fletch, DHenderson, Chong, Lingard, Mengi, Perriera, Garner, Cleverley, M Keane, Januzai, McTom, Hannibal, Elanga, Garnacho, Mainoo, Greenwood)
- ''what is the point of producing players if we don’t know how to integrate them into the team for make cash loads of money when we sell them'' - completely valid point. One for Ineos to step up to. The expectation is that Ashworth etc behave in a competent manner and get the most out of them. Completely agree we need ot keep the glazers as far away as possible. Based on all reports that is going to be the case and Murtough is officially gone.
Allow yourself to be optimistic mate - this is a really good batch of academy players we have here, and on paper we have a really good structure (Ashworth/Berrada/Wilcox/Cox) who will be motivated and competent enough to get the most out of them.
CHAMPIOOOOONES
sadly, our fans only want to see instant success. Frankly, i will forever support this club cause it is my childhood club.
Manchester is Manchester united 🔥😇 ILOVE this team where are the likes for my boys
Atleast we have a league title somewhere 😄
23 played, 19w 2D 1L what happend to the last match
If we sack ETH, give the U18s manager the job or Kieran the job !
you do realize that ETH have direct influence in united U18 this season? This is because of ETH.
Lol
@@TheKillacT I’m for keeping ETH, just saying if they going to sack him , this are the options I want , I’m tired of new managers and new philosophies, and ETH needs to grow some balls from play at 4 of those guys in the first team , we might not have to spend too much next season, I mean we literally have 7 players ready for the first team, either as starters, bench or squad players, Jack Fletcher, amass, scalon,Lacey, Ethan Wheatley, Biancheri, ogunneye,Harrison and matato mix that with gore, oyedele and a few u21 with some experienced players we might be seeing something amazing ,( ibragimov ) too if the coach wants to speed up his development.
Adam Lawrence should got pay rise… as assistant manager ETH maybe?🤭
😹😹
Phil jones included
ggmu..future z bright
Good throw out the frist team and get them in lol
Yep.
So is there no southern teams in this league
Well done boys. Now I looked at the UTD app this morning to see 6 stories for the womens team and nothing for the main UTD team. Maybe we could swap teams and see how long that lasts for. Oh and they can pay the bills............lets make it more inclusive.
These youngsters will not see the Premier league because United sees these footballers are not good enough? Heartbreaking for enthusiastic young players?
I like Biancheri cos he looks like a poacher reminds me of a certain Javier Hernandez
I’m not getting excited- many successful youth teams have failed to truly impact. I’ll be excited when I see some make subs appearances. 10 years of crap I refused to overexcited again. 😂
Congratulations to the under 18s shame about the first team
if ten hag managed them they would be mid table
Actually he changed their coaching system so that the first and the reserves to play the same way. The first team can’t implement his style because of ego and lack of talent
in desperation we clutch at straws
Hit the LIKE for Sam
Our main team sucks
This isnt necessarily something that will be exciting tho. Have everyone forgot uniteds youth have earlier won things and yet not shown up for the senior team? Its good that theyre doing good but we have so many times talked about exciting futures and ended up with nothing....
Man city’s academy do that every year. Stop
Hyping them up
Look at this shity fan possing on united Chanel. Get a life dude
That's exactly why they should be celebrated, city literally do win it every year, these kids had to earn it from them.
Are they playing in the city first team. Useless comment
