@@MarkWeston-h8e even his bad form is our best return and he never stops trying. To his detriment sometimes and a section of fans don't back him. It's mental
@@MarkWeston-h8e Mr. Consistency of one of the worst United teams of the last 20 years - not sure, if that really is much of a compliment. But this is what so often goes wrong - fans of players are only comparing them to their team mates - even though that doesn't matter at all. Right now, there are like 9 or 10 teams with a higher xG in our league. Take out Arsenal and City because there was the mention of Odegard and De Bruyne. 7 or 8 teams do better in overall chance creation than we do. If you are at it - look into last years stats. And the year before. And the year before. Obviously that is not only on Bruno. But at the end of the day, the team doesn't get anything in exchange for him adding onto his individual stats.
Bruno Fernandes has been Manchester United’s most impactful transfer in the last decade. Aside from him, they’ve been on the wrong side of some transfers. Since joining Manchester United, Fernandes has been one of the best players in the Premier League, yet nobody in the Premier League shows him any sort of respect. I’m not trying to say that he’s better than Kevin De Bruyne or even Martin Odegaard, but statistically speaking, he has the most goals and assists out of any midfielder in the Premier League since he made his debut for Manchester United. For United altogether he has at least 130+ G/A for them, 90+ G/A in the Premier League and to put up those sort of stats on a subpar team in the most challenging in the world is a testament to his consistency and nobody puts him in the conversation for being the best midfielder in the league despite how good he’s been in recent seasons. He hit the ground running at Manchester United and had an immediate impact on this team as he was regularly getting goals and assists and he helped them finish in the top 4 while going unbeaten in the league after they signed him. In his first full season at Manchester United, he had 28 goals and 17 assists in all competitions 45 G/A as a midfielder do you know how ridiculous this is to be involved in so many goals from the midfield. He won premier league POTM 4 times in a span of 12 months. He was regularly getting 10+ goals and 10+ assists and even this season despite being “out of form” he still has 15 goals and 11 assists 26 G/A in all competitions. His standards at this football club have been set so high and many people forget how well he started his career at Manchester United and it’s too bad that people have short term memories. He has bailed out this team time and time again and even when they’re struggling he always puts the team on his back he’s a reliable player and barely even misses games. His fitness record is unbelievable even though he plays so many games for club and country every season because against Crystal Palace when they lost 4-0 that was the first ever game in which he’s missed due to injury. Them losing by that margin without him shows you how irreplaceable he is to Manchester United and why he plays every game and managers know how difficult it is to replace him due to his creative and goalscoring threat from the midfield. Despite the impact that he’s had on the team individually, Bruno Fernandes is still not getting enough appreciation. I’m not trying to say that he’s better, but Bruno Fernandes more important than Manchester United as Kevin de Bruyne is for Manchester City because if you take KDB out of City there’s no drop off due to how star studded they are they won a league title without him and if you take Bruno out of United they would be in the bottom half of the table. Sometimes you wonder where would Manchester United be without this brilliant Portuguese magician.
Agreed man. I’m soooooo happy the last two games have shown exactly how important he is. There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that without him, we’d be WORSE. Squad should have been built around him really!?! Yes I don’t like the theatrics but who cares if he delivers
To be fair, De Bryune rated him as the most creative player in the league in an interview and look what Pep said about him before the final, 'when Bruno has the ball, good things happen' All professionals rate Bruno extremely highly
I always trusted this guy, I always believed he would have a very positive impact on the team. His statistics are indisputable, but I'm still confused as to why so many people say he's a problem! as a united fan I will always love this guy.
Its clear as day that Bruno is a generational player. He's Portugal's best player by a long-shot, completely overshadowing players like Bernardo Silva who tends to get rated much more highly than Bruno. Truth is that United can't even compete for top 6 without Bruno.
@@OCastaneda16 United have had the worst injury crisis in premier league history. Only a child would pretend that it doesn't make a difference. But then again you could very likely be a child given your response.
I'm not sure that Keane "dislikes" Bruno, per se, I think it's more that he knows how good he is, but he still expects more from him. Which is the kind of person Roy is, never satisfied, which is probably why he was the player that he was. But you could definitely see the difference when Bruno was missing against Crystal Palace, there was nobody in the ref's face about the poor decisions he was making, and the fact that Palace got away with at least 3 fouls, 2 that led to Palace goals (on Dalot and Casemiro), and the one where Hojlund got fouled when he was through on goal (and the disallowed goal too). It was like the leadership on the pitch was so poor that none of the players even argued the decisions because they usually follow Bruno's lead.
We would have lost that game even with Bruno on. We conceded 4. Due to clueless defending. Not like Bruno would have rectified that. In the best case, it would have been a 4-1 or 4-2 loss. Also his attitude already brought him onto every refs radar. If you think, they will change their demeanour because Bruno is "in their face", then I think you're wrong.
@@mattdaniels6430 The point isn’t we would’ve won with Bruno, but one thing is for sure if Bruno was there it wouldn’t be such a disgraceful performance!! What Bruno brings to the team is undervalued and all the criticism around him are based on hypotheticals which can’t be proved until United can actually transform into a functional team!!
@@aayushagrawal8476 It is funny that you complain about his criticism being hypothetical and theoretical only to praise him with "it wouldn't have been such a bad performance". It is wrong also by the way: if you don't agree then you haven't seen many of Uniteds games this season. Brunos existence on the pitch hasn't changed a bit about us being bad. But go on. Always pick a favorite player who is above criticism and then be angry at the club that it doesn't provide a perfect team around it. Don't know which team would do so but go on. One day it will be alright. You only have to believe in it. To bring it back to rational: some of the Bruno critics are over the top. No question about it. But a lot of his praise is as well. I don't know how often I have read that he is the best player in our team right now. As if this would mean even a little thing... I think we agree on the fact that many things have to change at the club. If I had anything to say, I'd try to sell him to generate some funds and "start over" more or less. You would stick to him I guess, so be it. Good chances are that your wishes will be fullfilled as there is nothing until now showing that the club learned from its previous mistakes.
@@mattdaniels6430 But what I said isn't hypothetical, we can clearly see what we lacked against Palace without Bruno and what Bruno brings to the team!! His energy, his leadership and most importantly his creativity!! This doesn't mean we would have played good but it definitely means we wouldn't have played like we lost even before they scored a goal, that's what I mean by a disgrace!!! No effort, no confidence, no dedication etc which would not have happened with Bruno on the pitch!! Also I can be wrong and be proved wrong if the team plays against Arsenal the way they played against Palace but I sincerely doubt that!!! Also Bruno isn't above criticism, he hasn't had a good season no doubt about that, I was critical of him for his bad performances but to say he is a problem and needs to be sold and to be compared to the likes of Rashford is an insult to Bruno!!! Talking about starting over, completely agree but a huge chunk of players need to go BEFORE Bruno and you need leaders like Martinez, Shaw and Bruno when starting over otherwise you'd end up like Chelsea!!! Maybe if we criticise the club as a whole instead of individual players the environment there wouldn't be so bad!!! Hopefully INEOS can change that but doesn't seem like that until now!!
It’s simple, many are not a fan of Bruno’s style of play, many think his messiah tag from his fans was grossly exaggerated, many are from an era where stats don’t define a player. Zidane had a 1 goal in 5 games record… He’s always fit, has a good work rate and can produce moments.
The question is how much more will he have achieved had he been part of any other team, I think United have held him back with all the questionable shortsighted signings, terrible facilities etc. I’d blame everything else before Bruno, but doesn’t mean he’s perfect ofc, no footballer is, however the stats show he is talented for sure
@@shahriyaahmod2326 bruno scored 4 goals in his first 29 games. He should get the same treatment as every other player: fight for your place in the starting XI, otherwise you're warming the bench and you'll have to wait for an opportunity to prove yourself. Enough with automatic selection just because of his seniority and guaranteed play times in contracts.
Yes, Bruno is a TOP player. I agree with everything in your video, in any team he plays his performance changes completely the team, his impact. But unfortunatly, the same as Cristiano, he gets the blames for the poor results of his team, being the player with most contributions for the team, it´s crazy. I´m portuguese, benfica fan, and the way a midfielder got the most goals in a season, He carried Sporting in his back, he was unbelivable. And now on the nacional team he has been our most important player, I hope he continues that way, cause we need him. I hope the United fans apreciate the amazing player you have and respect him. Good luck for you!
Half through the video I wasn’t sure you would praise him or down play him. I can’t understand why people hate on him so much. If anything, he deserves a better team.
Numbers don't lie, this is an exceptionally well made video, congrats. Problem with some MU fans is that they refuse to accept the reality that the club is poorly managed from top to bottom, owners that simply don't understand football, dysfunctional staff and a coach that his imho not good enough for a competitive Premier League. Bruno is an easy target. Mourinho warned, Ronaldo warned, still nobody listens...
He is like one of united's best players tbh. Like I still remember when they signed him from sporting and ho w he carried united that season and then on but at times, he can really be annoying like at times, but other than that, he is just brilliant
Haters don't care about facts. That's why you have to praise Bruno even more, he knows who to listen to and even more important whose voice is unimportant. This video is spot on.
Bruno has been our best player since day one. I don't understand a United fan who can criticizes/hates this man. Have you seen any man united match? The guy does everything on the pitch with passion and hardwork. You can see he keeps trying to win more than most other player
I think Bruno Fernandez is one of the best players Man United ever got recently... Fans will always find someone to blame... If they feel he gives away the ball cheaply then get a strong 4 behind him.. Get good players and watch his game evolve... He has the heart and passion even Ronaldo throws his hands in the air when things doesn't go the way of the team
Let them underestimate him while he keeps on performing. True fans know he plays with his heart of his sleeves, a rare breed of footballers these days with all the mercenaries going around
Bruno Fernandes is a very talented player, but one of the reasons why he gets a lot of hate from premier league fans is because of his antics. I’m critical of it myself because there are too many games where when things aren’t going his way, he would rather complain to the referee blame his teammates and do things that don’t help the team and he has to lead by example. There’s a competitive nature about him as Manchester United need more players like him because they’re a squad full of mercenaries who get paid a lot of money without even playing, but sometimes he’s unable to control himself on the field and at times he’s not a leader. Another reason for why his incredible consistency can be overshadowed despite his goals and assists and creating the most chances out of any player in the Premier League in the last 4 seasons is because of his lack of team trophies since joining Manchester United. This isn’t his fault because the team as a whole is dysfunctional and he’s been performing well in the midst of one big toxic circus that’s been going on for too long, but in modern football, people only look at how many trophies a player wins. You play the game to win trophies, in a season that’s now the only thing to look at when comparing individual talent I’m not trying to say he’s better than Kevin De Bruyne, even without looking at who more more team accolades you can see how good Bruno is individually. Since his move to Manchester United he’s only won 1 trophy in 4 years which was the Carabao Cup. Obviously that’s not enough and even if it is the problem is that the Carabao Cup is a competition that’s seen as a bit of a “Mickey Mouse trophy”. It’s not seen as a prestigious trophy and winning the Carabao Cup, it holds far less weight and prestige than the Champions League or the premier league. I don’t know why people put too much emphasis on team trophies when discussing how good a player is, it shouldn’t overshadow him even if Manchester United haven’t come close to winning the Premier League. He’s done well at Manchester United and has been carrying the team, a player of his caliber should be winning trophies every season, he should be fighting for title races not just settle for European football and being satisfied with a top 4 spot, and be playing regular champions league football. He has that ambition to win trophies, but Manchester United don’t have the proper squad around him and I’m not saying he should leave, I just think that with what we see in modern football, the only way he can fully be appreciated is if he starts winning trophies at Manchester United.
It's about time somebody gave Bruno Fernandes some credit that he deserves.

Whe Bruno first came and was the main man when cr7 came he took the lime light and Bruno wasn’t at his best but now with the right players around him he will shine again
I've always backed bruno he has the passion dedication drive that 90% of the other players lack he plays for the club with his heart unluck most who plays at united for the paycheck
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAPTAIN
The only player who cared as much and we let him go disgracefully was Ander Herrera. Liked and subbed ❤❤❤
Ander herrera and Fred... Believe me if we had both Ander herrera and fred with Bruno Mainoo
Our midfield and defense will be too strong to break... Especially with them AWB dalot shaw and cbs
This video needs to be shown everywhere! I've been saying all these things about Bruno since he's arrived at United, he has been wrongly criticised so many times and is so underappreciated! He goes down as one of the greats for Manchester United! Bruno, Bruno, Bruno... my Captain! 🏆❤
Next season : LF- Garnacho /CF: Hojlund/RF: Diallo. With Bruno’s creativity in behind, let’s win something ‘with kids’ again
100% very well put to getter, thank you for your hard work. Sam
I can understand the hate from rival fans as he is somewhat of a crybaby, but from united fans? It's unacceptable. He's been the most consistent player in that united dressing room and has had many great moments.
Bruno Fernandes is the best player Man united have period !!
The sad thing is Tan hag is a HORRIBLE coach and dosen't give the right valuue and respect to his players that they deserve
He deserves so much better😢
If he left i wouldn't blame him
Great video! We need to back and support our players instead of slating them. The essence of a TRUE supported
The difference is they are winning teams and our team is not. We need a better team around him, Bruno is not the problem and when we start winning he will get what he deserves. I love United Bruno included and all Bruno wants is to see us win. Come on United💙💙💙
Bruno has been our best and most consistent player since he joined United
That's why I have always loved Bruno Miguel Fernandes Magnifico 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great video man! It's a media stigma that has just stuck. He has carried us and we've gotten complacent
Bruno is and will forever be my goat

I’m a Bruno fan and see his service to the club. Bruno is a big part of positivity at United! Bruno! Bruno! Bruno!
The most underrated player… till United lose him then, they will appreciate his effort he put in 100%
Thank you for this video! Hope Bruno is watching along 🫡
@@daithicondon9976 yet those idiots infront of the mic thought they knew better 🤦♂️
United is competing for 8th with Bruno Fernandes 💀💀
@@OCastaneda16 United have had the worst injury crisis in premier league history. Only a child would pretend that it doesn't make a difference. But then again you could very likely be a child given your response.
@@OCastaneda16kiddo

@@teebedaguy6435if you watched world cup and have watched portugal from last 3 years then you wouldnt have said that
Bruno is UTDs best player, anyone who says UTD are better off without Fernandes don’t know ball
@@aayushagrawal8476 FACT
Thanks for this Sam I’m sick of defending him to idiots. He’s our best player by a mile.
It’s simple, many are not a fan of Bruno’s style of play, many think his messiah tag from his fans was grossly exaggerated, many are from an era where stats don’t define a player. Zidane had a 1 goal in 5 games record…
He’s always fit, has a good work rate and can produce moments.
Exactly.
The world needs to see this video. Thanks for making it
Did you get to hear his message to the fans before the final? What a guy.
loved it. Legend
Seriously you have said it all this guy deserves more respect
Bruno is our best player and will remain as our best player. Learn to accept reality
The question is: what has he achieved ?? He is your best player, but you're sh**t. Anything normal is better
Come on M8, Bruno also contributes heavily to the madness that happens at united. The guy gives the ball away more than he completes them sometimes, Goals conceded due to Bruno losing position is wild, loads conceded, can't say the same for Odegaard or Kevin. Don’t mention Bruno in the same breath as KDB. What a joke. Brought to you by the same guy who big upped Ragnick and Ten Hag and Murtough/Arnold.

If kdb mentioned him and singled him out for praise on an interview then why would you think you know better
Thank you for this video. People need to put a lot more respect on Bruno's name.
He's so unfortunate to be part of such dead team. If he was in a better team he would be toping every chart of the game.
Yeah, thats probably the reason why no other club ever inquired about his availability. But probably you are just way more knowledge'ble than the decision makers at Bayern, PSG, Real and Barcelona.

@@mattdaniels6430 bring things that have sense. Kane played for spurs for how many years without a single title. A guy like David Silva and Augero and other great guys joined city when it was just trying to catch up. They helped it to wn its first PL in many years and eventually reach its top. Great video well said
I swear Rashford's form is always linked to a manager's firing. How about he pays the price this time? The guy's had a hand in Mourinho, Ole, Ragnick and now possibly ten Hag getting sacked.
Couldn't have said it better. CAPTAIN, MY CAPTAIN!!
Thank you❤Bruno most underrated player at United ever
Nice video. Lots of stats to back up the narrative 👍
Nicely put, I don’t get the negativity either. Much more of a leader than anyone else in the squad to boot. Bruuuuunooo
This video was needed. MAD respect!
IMO, one of the best CAM’s out there. You should give him respect just for staying at the club for so long
Much needed video Sam
Bruno on Sporting was what Ronaldo was on Portugal a pure carrier ❤
Facts! We have to show love and respect to Bruno. Where would we be without him?
I think Bruno Fernandez is one of the best players Man United ever got recently... Fans will always find someone to blame... If they feel he gives away the ball cheaply then get a strong 4 behind him.. Get good players and watch his game evolve... BRUNO BRUNO BRUNO MAGNIFIQUE
He has that ambition to win trophies, but Manchester United don’t have the proper squad around him and I’m not saying he should leave, I just think that with what we see in modern football, the only way he can fully be appreciated is if he starts winning trophies at Manchester United.
ive been a bruno fan for a long time
Thank u for this video. Hopefully he will be an EPL winner with man u as the captain
