Oh my gosh this guy Graham is so sweet! Thank you for explaining so well
Hi Debbie, I’ve a sweet face, like a chewed up toffee 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. This pressure cooker has become a firm favourite with me. We have cooked so many nice meals in it. You will see yourself in our other videos. 😍❤️🥰😘👍
Brilliant video. I am in a wheelchair and also have very low energy so am always looking for things to help in the kitchen, I bought my Cosori pressure pot last week before seeing your video but had seen others. The first thing I made was a bolognese, sauted the onions, garlic and minced beef then threw in all my other ingredients, thought I probably wouldn't have the energy to cook a pan of pasta so threw that in as well. Put it on pressure cook, turned the keep warm off and cooked for 5 minutes. It was gorgeous and made 8 portions. Plenty in the freezer now. Yesterday I peeled a load of spuds, threw those in with 250ml water, pressure cooked for 8 minutes. Perfect. This little pot is my most favourite labour saving device. All being well I will make a chilli this week. I am now souring youtube for as many cosori pressure cooker recipes I can find. Your beef stew will be after my chilli. Thank you for your video.
Hi faith, you have really go stuck into the pressure cooker. We soon found we needed the baskets and extra rings in our pressure cooker as the sealing ring will start to smell. These items are in our links below the video. If you can’t find them let me know. Sorry I’m not being pushy just helpful. 🥰😍😘👍
Looking forward to lots more gourmet dishes from you Graham. You'll soon be needing an extension to your kitchen.😁
Hi Kathryn. I would like to think I’m improving. But I’m not sure. ❤️🥰😘👍
Brilliant demo. If I had the room in kitchen I would buy this pressure cooker.
Hi Mary room is always a problem unless you live in a alacrity 😂😂😂🥰😘👍
That was an enjoyable video. Looks delicious. Just ordered my Corsori and this might be the first recipe I try. Thanks for sharing.
Hi it’s a good machine and there’s so many things you can do in it 👍
Yes, I'm excited to try it out. Appreciated your kind demeaner and interaction with the lady in this video.❤❤@@grahamgetsabout2672
That looks yummy!
Hi Janis, it was really nice on a cold July day. 😂😂😂😂😍❤️😘👍
Good piece of kit there, Graham.
Hi Philip. It does seem very good so far.
Looking forward to more recipes in that pot
Hi sue. I hope so mi duck. 🥰😘👍
Had mine delivered two days ago!!...I did a rice pudd to start! Thrilled with mine
There’s a good one mi duck, rice pudding. It’s a good machine 🥰😘👍
I think that we are going to have to start calling you, the Man from Cosori. You have some excellent Cosori kitchen equipment, I just hope that you have the space to store it all. That's my biggest problem. Your stew looked lovely, I can see you doing some great recipes with all your Cosories in the near future. Sorry I've been looking in my crystal ball again. I always buy a spare ring for my appliances, and keep it just for doing food like Currys etc. Phillip says hello. 💕👍💯🤚💐
Hello Phillip 👋👋👋👋 I will have to move them all into the helicopter hanger. I wish I was as organised as you Rosemary. It’s been good of Cosori to give us chance to see these products. ❤️🥰😘👍
Oh Graham Wendy that cosori pressure cooker looks really easy to use your stew looked really yummy I don't blame you having another bowl of your yummy stew .
Graham Wendy I'm home from my few days away to Devon and Somerset what a lovely time I had makes a great change from beach holidays love fran xxxx
Hi Fran I’m impressed so far. It sounded a good holiday. Would I fit in your suit case next time. 😂😂😂😂 love Graham and Wendy.
@@grahamgetsabout2672 hi Graham it was such a lovely holiday the barge ride in tiverton with the beautiful shire horses and Saturday the steam train ride yesterday we had a hour ot r two at Glastonbury ci didn't go in the abbey it would of cost 10 pound for oap or should I say the older and wiser generation but seeing I'm 7 next year the 0 won't count I still be classed at the older wiser member of the generation Graham you can't leave Wendy on her own oh go on them ill squeeze you two in the case love fran xxx
Hi Graham and Wendy, it looks a good machine. I think Cosori make quality products. That's just what the doctor ordered. We had a lovely day here yesterday but today it's tossed down all day and it's been so dark here. Well i had a disaster on friday. My sister and nephew were coming on the Saturday so i did some baking. I made a Victoria sponge cake which was lovely. An egg custard that turned out well but the disaster was the Bakewell tart. I used the oven as i had a few things to bake. I used the bero recipe. To start off i didn't cook it for long enough which was my fault but the cake part had no taste, it just said to use ground almonds, so I'm going to have another go but use a different recipe and add some almond essence, hopefully that will do the trick. Anyway your stew looked lovely and was so simple to make. It looks a nice size. Forgot to say i used my new food mixer. It's very heavy with having a glass bowl
Hi sandra. That’s a lovely message thank you. I can’t do you justice with answer my internet keeps going off ❤️🥰😘👍
Hi Graham with all the new equipment we are going to need a rethink we now need a cosori kitchen counter 😊 I've still got my PKP but with the birth of the hair dryer PKP now redundant 👍
Hi Paul. The air dryers are brilliant aren’t they 😂😂😂😂👍
Great demo. I like the ladle they provide, the flatter ridged spoon looks like spoons that you get with a rice cooker. I was watching going “you got to press start” 😂, but as you say, mistakes made on camera will ensure other people remember to press start, number of times I’ve put my pressure cooker on and wondered why nothings happening 😂😂. When the pressure cooking finished if you left it on keep warm you probably could have added you thickener, I’m sure that would be ok, it would on mine (ninja foodie 15 in 1). Does the old bay add good flavours as I bought some but have still to pluck up the courage to use it in case it’s not good with meat 😬❤
Hi Janet like you say it’s all trying to learn and remember. I’ve been quite impressed so far. We find the old bay is nice but we only use a little or it becomes overpowering. Wendy is happier adding gravy than thickener and it was really nice. ❤️😍😘👍
@@grahamgetsabout2672 Great, I will try a little old bay. When I said thickener I meant either gravy granules or corn starch slurry, personally I prefer to use gravy granules too. Thank you for the response, AND, you are the first person to respond to a message using my proper name, usually people call me Jane, so thank you again Graham & Wendy. ❤️
@@janetroberts2262 hi Janet, I will have to be carful I don’t slip up and get your name wrong. 😂😂😂😂 just little by little with the old bay. 🥰😍😘👍
Hi both - what a good bit of ‘kit’ Graham - - that looked scrumptious ❤ x
Hi Pauline, so far I’ve been impressed. It’s quiet and the only steam is when you release the pressure. The stew was lovely 😍🥰❤️😘👌👍
❤️🍲
Hi again after your demo Graham I’ve ordered one - there’s a deal on until 27/8/23 🎉 - coming in Saturday - I’ll be cooking asap beetroot xx ❤
@@Pauline-qv1ws hi Pauline, I used to cook fresh beetroot in our old PKP. It was so nice ❤️😍🥰😘👍
Hiya both. - Wendy have you done cabbage or broccoli in the cosori pressure cooker. I’m going to give it a go ❤ x
If the bowl is hot from sauteing, then it's already pre heated. Brilliant
The more we use the pressure cooker the better it gets 👏👏👍
Hi Graham and Wendy. That is definately a good piece of kit and also very quiet. I was well impressed. How long did it take to cook from saute to the end and also did you have it plugged into your timer? 👌👍
Hi Susan , I’m glad you asked. I plugged the timer and the power reading was so low I said to Wendy it’s gone faulty. It turns out it uses a lot less power than I thought, like the rice cooker it switches on and off when it reaches pressure. 👋🥰😘👍 ask me again Susan as I’m off to the beach sorry 🥰😘👍
Hi Susan, I’ve looked at the video again sauté was about 8 mins cooking was 30 mins but as with all pressure cookers it has to warm up for a few minutes and pressure release. I think it was under an hour but I didn’t check it accurately. I think the power gauge measured under 10 pence as I remember it was in single figures. I really thought it was faulty and it wasn’t. I did mention in another video that we cooked a beef joint in it for 50 minutes after sauté and we were impressed how good it was cooked all the way through. Now it’s released we will hopefully use it even more for some videos ❤️🥰😘👍 hope I’ve been of some help.
Thank you for that information Graham, very interesting as I did a stew in my slow cooker the other day, it took about 8 hours and cost was about 37p so took longer and more expensive than using your pressure cooker. Looking forward to seeing what else you make with it 😉
@@susananderson7468 hi Susan it’s early days but it’s looking good for more winters dinners 🤷♂️😍🥰😘👍
Nice video. I think it's a good idea to remove ALL the stickers before you start cooking. Also, if you're making a stew, it's probably a better idea to cook the meat and root vegetables first and then add things like peas, as they cook at different times. Peas and green beans need very little cooking.
Hi David, that the great thing about this channel we try to give everyone the idea to have a go. It sounds like you know exactly what you’re doing. It been a good piece of kit so far 👏👏👍
I have been trying mine today and think I’m going to love it. The only thing I’ve found is that I stopped the cook after 20 minutes for the meat so that I could add the vegetables for the last ten minutes but was disappointed to find that the lid would not go back on until it had cooled down considerably. Is this normal? If so, a bit disappointing having to wait for cool down before starting it up again with the vegetables 🤔 any ideas?
How long did it take to heat for the sautee?!
Hi val, I tend to boil a kettle of water to help it along. Then about 1 1/2 hours to cook but if you leave it 3 or 4 hours it doesn’t overcook. Mind you I’m no expert, it’s just what we’ve found out. Hope that helps 🥰😘
Your a bit ruff with that lid
Hi Keith, it’s still worked ok today
@@grahamgetsabout2672 just ordered the same one I've never had a pressure cooker
@@grahamgetsabout2672 I've been watching another channel called butlersempire on RUclips they have same machine and it's been very helpful in making up my mind to order one, check out his channel
@@keithmarshall8478 hi Keith, these things take a little getting used to so here’s a chance for us all to learn together. It does seem a very good pressure cooker. 👌👍
