sous vide steak and chips

This was our try at sous vide in the new cosori pressure cooker. The steak was cooked evenly and tasted great. It was a nice piece of meat to start with but we were impressed. I guess you could say why not just do it in the frying pan from start to finish. That’s true but there is no question how evenly it was cooked.
