Thank you for a great vlog ,your beef stew looks so tasty .Im abit scared of pressurs cookers too .Looking forward to your Sunday sunshine vlogs with the girls tomorriw.xx.
Hi Tina. Beef stew looks delicious. Just what's needed in this cold weather. Pressure cooker looks amazing but I'd need a separate room or a bigger kitchen if I was to buy all these gadgets xx
I've still got the old style pressure cooker in fact use it quite a lot especially in winter for stews etc.. I'm running out of space to store all these new gadgets but it does look good Tina.. I enjoyed your holiday hi life's & glad you enjoyed yourself & made some good memories with your friends.. Never been to that area but it did look lovely.. Nice to see you back Tina xx 💐
Hi Tina, good morning, just watching you while I'm having my morning cupa, that looked so easy, my mother many years ago had a prestige pressure cooker and it frightened me with the steam coming out the top, it put me off ever having one, but of course modern cooking is much easier, thank you very much, it was very interesting, and the stew looked delicious 😊
Thats amazing i love beef stew, and to have it cooked so quickly is brilliant, does the beef come out nice and tender, as i always have mine in the slow cooker for hours.
The stock could not be easier. I used bunch of celery stalks and three leeks with Bouquet Garni and fresh Thyme. The homemade stock surpasses anything a cube or one of those little pots can offer. I recommend big pan with basket that can be lifted out. It is no exaggeration to say that the stock is like medicine to the bones. Every kitchen should have a lovely stock that can be refrigerated and used throughout the week transforming the mundane to the sublime
Cooking full leg of lamb today that I bought yesterday in Farmfoods for fifteen pounds which is good price. Will get a couple of meals out of it for myself a casserole or a curry. Will use one of those stock pots frying off onions first with some paprika. I will taste the meat first and see what it needs after roasting in the oven. I have spread some Harissa paste on the meat with salt and pepper. Probably do a curry using a Spice Taylor box which are expensive but they are on offer at Tesco this week. They come with spices and sauce and are good to have in the cupboard
I've used my old Prestige Pressure cooker for years and love it. Actually I'm a bit scared of the Cosori one with all the instructions, but it does look very tempting to buy. I have the Cosori Air Fryer and its great. The stew looked lovely Tina. X
I never had a pressure cooker in the 70’s as I was scared of them, but friends had them and I remember the trivets inside them for cooking veg. This looks much better to use though and the stew looked very tasty. 😊
As someone said, where to put all these gadgets. I really want one but don’t have the room on my worktop and nowhere to store it. Stew looks good for this cold weather. X❤
Your demonstrations in the kitchen always make me want to get appliance. Stew looking delicious and just what you would want this time of year.

It was so tender
I use those stock pots. Few days ago made my own vegetables stock using old chip pan and basket. Bought pan on Etsy. The stock was amazing.
Great idea!

Yes it was so tender. I got fed up of waiting for the pressure to go down so I did the quick release.
