What if Sanwitch is actually the daughter of Sangan and Witch of the Black Forest, I mean, they meet in prison, they reilase that they have things in common like that they are both generic searchers for monsters, they both have 3 eyes, they are both dark-attribute, they were popular in the early yugioh, then got banned and then receive a new errata than makes them barely playable. They got married (I guess, I don't judge) and they had a daughter with the face of her dad and the height of her mother, and now she is chilling in the black forest with her dad probably telling her how he meet her mother or something.
Deepest lore, I love it! Or it's Witch of the black forest using her witch magic to disguise herself after Sangan her her escaped from the forbidden monster zone!
I'm inclined to believe all of these fusion monsters where just their own standalone monster but Konami _really_ needed fusion monsters. So they just retroactively adapted them into the OCG/TCG using any monsters whose lore, name, attribute or typing could work.
I got to get Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon for my Yu-Gi-Oh! card collection. You heard me right, I said "Yu-Gi-Oh! card collection". I have so many Yu-Gi-Oh! cards in all of my Yu-Gi-Oh! tins. The cards are very amazing and unique as well. When I saw my first Yu-Gi-Oh! card, I was super surprised to get it. That's when I started collecting the cards so I can start my own duels. I do love the designs of this old cards but yeah they are so wortless. I am glad the games Forbidden Memories and Duelist of the roses made good use of this cards.
me and my brother used some of these cards in the yugioh video games ion Game Boy Advance and DS . some of the materials arent even in some of those games, so you have no choice but to use fusion substitues. but sometimtes even the original versions made no sense . Well. to be honest, a lot of these cards are very bad and won't win you a Yu-Gi-Oh tournement. you weont be the next Kind of Games with any kind of these cards in your deck. it'll be very bad. but I don't use a chaos deck or Dragon Lords or Spell Books, or tier 1 cards because they're cheap. sometimes you can't just win. but you'll have to try your best and play with your favorite cards and be creative when you make a yugioh deck like yugi and his friends does.... but I don't play buy cards anymore becauswe it's a waste of money.... when you think about it. I agree with that. I was actually going to say something about how they would work, but since the segment was long, I omitted it and those cards say to treat them as an effect monster, so that at least explains how they could be used over a standard continuous trap.
@@commonramerror2348 I don't have the numbers but not to over powered. Basically around the range of 3000 Attack 2000 Defense. Metal Reflector Slime is the range of roughly 0 Attack but has 3500 Defense. That Slime is not really offensive at all. A heck of a hurdle Defensively.
You're likely right. Since they called the monster "Bracchio-raidus," we weren't sure which one it was supposed to be since it looked more like a Brontosaurus, but the name said it was essentially a Brachiosaurus.
Yeah, originally it was an Argument over which side the head whether Apatosaurus or Brontosaurus was correct recreation went on because they did no have the full tail. Then Brontosaurus name was given to what was later declared a separate Species in the same Genus.
It would be cool if we had an effect monster that states "This card's name is treated as "Ultimate Offering" while on the field and / GY." So we could legally summon the number 1 monster on this list!
One thing to note. Brachiosaurus has not been discredited. Brontosaurus ,on the other hand, was. Brontosaurus was basically a mix of Brachiosaurus' head with an Apatosaurus body. Although, recently there is discussion that Brontosaurus was actually real now.
"he knows he's taller than everyone... so he's cool" 8:20 Cyber-Saurus makes sense in theory but the artwork doesn't 100% line up. I can see Two Headed King Rex fuse with Blast Juggler but the dinosaur body of Cyber saurus doesn't look like two headed King Rex, it only has one head and the robot part doesn't look like Blast Juggler. It might have been less of a stretch if Cyber saurus had 2 heads.
Okay I finished it. Yeah Proetty good. Top ten yu-gi_Oh cards with Toliet Humor now. Ojamas are disgusting. That's probably why I like them . I like disgusting humor. it's funny. Yugioh Forbidden Memories did had some interesting fusions that did made sense. dragon Zombie + any zombie = Skelgon for example and it was ahead of it's time as many years later we did got this sort of fusion where you can use any monster of the thpe.

I actually learnt something from a Duel Links video the other day. Turns out you can fuse face-up Spells/Traps that are placed in the monster zones by the effect of Magical Hats, since the Spell/Traps are treated as monsters.
8:36 It's not just King Rex who's at issue here, design-wise, Cyber-Stien would have made far more sense than Blast Juggler, though gameplay-wise why would you even fusion summon when you have Cyber-Stien? Unless you unloaded your extra deck except for Cyber Saurus and wanted to upgrade Stien's attack points anyway.

I never understood why Mammoth Graveyard wasn't apart of Mammoth of Goldfine, especially given it's use in the anime. The funny thing is, if you play duelists of the roses, you actually can make Great Mammoth of Goldfine by fusing Mammoth Graveyard with any zombie type monster in the game.

Technically, there is some fusion monster with trap cards as their fusion material like Mirror Force Dragon, Tyrant Wing Dragon (or whatever the name is, i forget), and other monster I also forget their name. It just that you don't use polymerization to fusion them, but other special cards like Claw of Hermos
I think if fusion cards didnt require specific monsters but rather specific types of cards, fusion would have been a lot more fun and useful game mechanic early on in yugioh. For example if the requirements said one fire monster and one warrior earth monster make flame swordsman, that would have been a lot more practical. Further, this is more similar to what a lot of the early video games do for fusion. Modern day fusion cards do this which is much more versatile.
My question is why in every game that the snake hair appears in she is lifting up her shirt to show a pink bra I've played multiple Yu-Gi-Oh games and every time I encounter her it weirds me out that it made it past censorship
8:55 I think the more better fusion materials should have been krokodilus (because both cyber saurus and krokodilus are both crocodiles) and overdrive (because both overdrive and cyber saurus have Vulcan cannons) since this makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

While overdrive is jeep with a Vulcan cannon on the vehicle and cyber saurus also has a Vulcan cannon too. They fit much better as fusion materials for cyber saurus rather than two-headed king rex and blast juggler.

Rose Spectre of Dunn most likely was named after a Konami localizer, since she appeared in games like Forbidden Memories and Duelist of the Roses. Also she moves with the vines like tentacles
I always liked Rose Spectre, personally I'd have made her materials Man Eater, because it kinda matches the flower she's in and Arlownay since the monsters look pretty similar anyway. It could be like the Man Eater is a different flower Arlownay moves to inhabit.
I feel like some of these questions can only be answered by understanding the process by which konami was designing these old cards. Or maybe looking at Japanese card names

there's a card whose name is Arlownay and the art is exactly the same as the card rose spectre of dunn but in a different pose, so i think that card could be used as a material monster for the fusion

Well. to be honest, a lot of these cards are very bad and won't win you a Yu-Gi-Oh tournement. you weont be the next Kind of Games with any kind of these cards in your deck. it'll be very bad. but I don't use a chaos deck or Dragon Lords or Spell Books, or tier 1 cards because they're cheap. sometimes you can't just win. but you'll have to try your best and play with your favorite cards and be creative when you make a yugioh deck like yugi and his friends does.... but I don't play buy cards anymore becauswe it's a waste of money.... when you think about it. I agree with that. I was actually going to say something about how they would work, but since the segment was long, I omitted it and those cards say to treat them as an effect monster, so that at least explains how they could be used over a standard continuous trap.

@@commonramerror2348 I don't have the numbers but not to over powered. Basically around the range of 3000 Attack 2000 Defense. Metal Reflector Slime is the range of roughly 0 Attack but has 3500 Defense. That Slime is not really offensive at all. A heck of a hurdle Defensively.

You're likely right. Since they called the monster "Bracchio-raidus," we weren't sure which one it was supposed to be since it looked more like a Brontosaurus, but the name said it was essentially a Brachiosaurus.

Yeah, originally it was an Argument over which side the head whether Apatosaurus or Brontosaurus was correct recreation went on because they did no have the full tail. Then Brontosaurus name was given to what was later declared a separate Species in the same Genus.
It would be cool if we had an effect monster that states "This card's name is treated as "Ultimate Offering" while on the field and / GY." So we could legally summon the number 1 monster on this list!
One thing to note. Brachiosaurus has not been discredited. Brontosaurus ,on the other hand, was. Brontosaurus was basically a mix of Brachiosaurus' head with an Apatosaurus body. Although, recently there is discussion that Brontosaurus was actually real now.

8:20 Cyber-Saurus makes sense in theory but the artwork doesn't 100% line up. I can see Two Headed King Rex fuse with Blast Juggler but the dinosaur body of Cyber saurus doesn't look like two headed King Rex, it only has one head and the robot part doesn't look like Blast Juggler. It might have been less of a stretch if Cyber saurus had 2 heads.

Yugioh Forbidden Memories did had some interesting fusions that did made sense. dragon Zombie + any zombie = Skelgon for example and it was ahead of it's time as many years later we did got this sort of fusion where you can use any monster of the thpe.

I actually learnt something from a Duel Links video the other day. Turns out you can fuse face-up Spells/Traps that are placed in the monster zones by the effect of Magical Hats, since the Spell/Traps are treated as monsters.

I never understood why Mammoth Graveyard wasn't apart of Mammoth of Goldfine, especially given it's use in the anime. The funny thing is, if you play duelists of the roses, you actually can make Great Mammoth of Goldfine by fusing Mammoth Graveyard with any zombie type monster in the game.

Technically, there is some fusion monster with trap cards as their fusion material like Mirror Force Dragon, Tyrant Wing Dragon (or whatever the name is, i forget), and other monster I also forget their name. It just that you don't use polymerization to fusion them, but other special cards like Claw of Hermos

I think if fusion cards didnt require specific monsters but rather specific types of cards, fusion would have been a lot more fun and useful game mechanic early on in yugioh.
For example if the requirements said one fire monster and one warrior earth monster make flame swordsman, that would have been a lot more practical. Further, this is more similar to what a lot of the early video games do for fusion.
Modern day fusion cards do this which is much more versatile.

8:55 I think the more better fusion materials should have been krokodilus (because both cyber saurus and krokodilus are both crocodiles) and overdrive (because both overdrive and cyber saurus have Vulcan cannons) since this makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

While overdrive is jeep with a Vulcan cannon on the vehicle and cyber saurus also has a Vulcan cannon too. They fit much better as fusion materials for cyber saurus rather than two-headed king rex and blast juggler.

Rose Spectre of Dunn most likely was named after a Konami localizer, since she appeared in games like Forbidden Memories and Duelist of the Roses. Also she moves with the vines like tentacles
I always liked Rose Spectre, personally I'd have made her materials Man Eater, because it kinda matches the flower she's in and Arlownay since the monsters look pretty similar anyway. It could be like the Man Eater is a different flower Arlownay moves to inhabit.
I feel like some of these questions can only be answered by understanding the process by which konami was designing these old cards. Or maybe looking at Japanese card names

there's a card whose name is Arlownay and the art is exactly the same as the card rose spectre of dunn but in a different pose, so i think that card could be used as a material monster for the fusion
