I cant tell you how refreshing your reviews are lol Most waste so much time before getting to the comparisons which is arguably the most important part of the review.
Remember that too much detail will also bring out imperfections like aging and scars, buy a cam based on how your going to use it otherwise you will pay for a lot of features you will probably never use
Noise supp > RNN Add an expander just under ratio 3,00:1, configure release/treshold that's it *...* Nice comparaison video btw. But the elgato colours are washed out, less details and the MX is sharper.
Great video! I had the original Facecam for only a year before it crapped out. I blame Elgato’s firmware/software. I am an Elgato fan but I’ve had issues with literally all of their products. It’s just buggy. So, instead of going for the pro I decided to try the MX Brio. I’ve only had it for a few days but dang it looks good, and GHub works well!!
I just spent 20 minutes trying to go through webcam reviews with way too much B roll. Your review was a breath of fresh air and got straight to the damn point!
Was this recorded with the firmware that improves the color on the Facecam? Wondering why the magenta is still an issue and default colors are still out of wack.
@@BadIntentStreamTechReviews great because I can’t trust any one else to review it honestly.im watching a certain RUclipsr putting up virtually unwatchable video while proclaiming how great the Mk 2 is. Waiting for your review!
@@dondgc2298 I think it's a major improvement over MK.2, but on first glance it might not seem amazing because there's less saturation and artificial sharpening. So I put a lot of side-by-side footage of the original Facecam and also a bit of my Sony ZV-1 as a reference point.
Super good for a budget webcam. It's probably the best in that price range right now. Can't quite keep up with the Tiny 2 Lite which isn't much more expensive, but the Meet 2 is still a great value.
appreciate it :) Head to head with the Link 2C, looks like the Osbot is “softer” - but in a more natural way, where the 2C is oversharpened out of the box. The Meet 2 being a more natural look.
thank you for the info! I always felt that the "lens distortion" was slightly better at the 65 setting - so I guess I tricked myself in this 😄 (believing is seeing...)
You change it in whatever program you're actually recording/streaming with it in. So in OBS you'd have to add it as a source and then click properties and it will let you pick it there.
Best webcam reviews on the Internet.

The black levels don’t look so good on the facecam
Elagato pro has 60fps but the image is still little blurred the background! I like more the Logitech
EQ is off on this video due to me trying to fix some audio issues, similar to the last video.

can you test the Osbot Meet 4k ? I think it's underrated and would be good to compare against the Logitech Brio or MX Brio and other rivals.
Was this recorded with the firmware that improves the color on the Facecam? Wondering why the magenta is still an issue and default colors are still out of wack.
Yes, it was recorded with the firmware that improves the colors. They're still much better than what it looked like at launch.
I really like the look of the brio but very disappointed that it’s not. 4k60.
Are you planning to review the new Elgato Facecam Mk. 2?
Yep, tomorrow the video will be up.

Heya, leaning towards the Facecam Pro; would you recommend it for Miniature painting?
What are your thoughts on the new Osbot Meet 2?

Pro vs MK2 video?
How does the mx brio compare to the nexigo Iris? If the nexigo is better then I guess ur top 5 2023 webcam list will still be up to date in 2024 lol
@@LazyTacoProductions Yep, the Iris is still better. And true, haven't really had the need to update that video yet.
I am confused about the "field of view" on the Brio. Is it just like a digital zoom? Similar as if I would crop in?
Digital, yes.

Where do i switch from 4k 30 to 1080p 60 logitech ghub dosent give me any option to change it

Mx brio still looks better than facecam pro when watching video on Samsung s23 ultra. 😅
