- Jocko Willink Tells the Story of the Worst and the Greatest Two Leaders in the SEALs
Speaker: Jocko Willink
Jocko Willink shares a compelling story about the worst and greatest leaders he encountered in the SEALs. He contrasts their leadership styles, highlighting the traits that led to their success or failure. The worst leader lacked accountability, discipline, and the ability to inspire, which led to poor team performance and low morale. In contrast, the greatest leader demonstrated extreme ownership, unwavering discipline, and the ability to motivate and uplift the team, resulting in outstanding achievements and a strong sense of camaraderie. Jocko emphasizes that true leadership is about setting the example, taking responsibility, and inspiring others to achieve their best.

Jocko! You do have a romantic side and voice when you are in mood! You even look handsome with such voice😊😉
The first guy Jocko talked about sounds like Trump.
The second guy Jocko talked about i thought might be Michael T but the size and age doesn't fit.
Cool.
This isn't a mutiny. This is chain-jumping.
When you're out in the battlefield, your immediate commander is also your ultimate commander.
To defy then, is mutiny.
My point is, how many rungs does the jump have to cover before you call it a mutiny?
It's all arbitrary, isnt it?
@@JohnSmith-nz2yq He didn't jump chain on the battlefield. He did it in a cinderblock room with fluorescent lighting.
That’s was great…but tell that interviewer to shut up and not interrupt the guest. I can’t stand people interrupting, so disrespectful.
@@Dreadnought16 yeah very true, she prb not that experienced
That's Danica Patrick and she hardly interrupted him so I have no idea what you're going on about...
