20 oz Fresh Spinach
1 head roasted garlic
1 diced onion
1 stick butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup diced parsley
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
crushed red pepper flakes
smoked paprika
garlic and herb seasoning
AP seasoning
chicken bouillon powder

I’ll try roasting my garlic the next time I make this. Typically I’ll use white onion or shallots in this dish, they’re milder.

How could you incorporate artichoke into this dish to make it a spinach artichoke dish ?
Take a can of artichokes (packed in water) drain & coarsely chop & add with the spinach.
If you look further back he did a baked spinach dip that looks amazing
It’s now 23 hours later & I made it with artichokes & it was delicious. 😋
