I stayed there for 1 month and I'm definitely not a fan. This condo feels like a "jail environment" with all its rules, the "working space" (if we can call it like this) is a bit overrated in this video, very small, uncomfortable, close very early and every time you have to look for the staff to run the AC on (they don't leave the remote due to rules, same for the gym), and then it gets cold but have to look for staff again...The gym has barely the minimum and can contain 3-4 people max, so can get busy very quickly. The pool is ok but nothing special and in the middle of the condos with the feeling that everyone is looking at you while at the swimming pool. The WORST side is the parking, the space is so small that every time you have to waste time finding a parking place for the bike (don't even think parking a car at night inside...). Honestly, I highly recommend another place to stay than here (can find cheaper and much better options, don't hesitate to negotiate), especially in Phuket where the beach sides are the best (Rawai and Bang Tao, you'll not be disappointed!)
I agree partially with you comment ( thank you for taking time to respond - very detailed explanation ) have you ever used their online chat ? I never look for staff there I just text in my chat and everything gets done ( I refer to air con ect ) I have seen a lot of condos in phuket ( there nicer available however they start from 15-18k ) Base you can get for 9 k so if you consider price and what you get - it’s not A bad deal . Parking - is awful but I only have bike so I always leave it outside the building . Rawai is amazing but expensive , Bang Tao is a little far for me ( I prefer south of the island ) more stuff going on .

This information is very helpful for my situation as a guy planning to retire in just over 2 years from now. The apartment and amenities look great. If I make it there, it is definitely a must to have a consult with someone that has experience with the area as I'm sure that it will pay me dividends to fast track my knowledge.

I assume there really is NOTHING that i can do that short term except for airbnb. would that be correct? a decent apartment in patong for a month is around 1200 plus on airbnb. i can afford it but wonder if thats the best option. all the best

Thank you for the compliment. I would say water would cost you on average around 100 Bhat, electricity really depends how much you will use air-conditioning, and the price of the unit

It’s actually near old town, I am not a beach person so I go to the beach maybe once a month. I really like hiking so my apartment is near very beautiful lake. The room is very small hence the price but the actual building and services we have is excellent. I know these apartments are also available for sale
they've got those Base condos in Pattaya as well.I think they are Chinese. owned.
I believe so I know they’re building them quite a lot, there are at least three of them available here in Phuket . They are available for sale also

Yes of course they do but it does take longer for the end of us to arrive. I would for sure have your own doctor here that you can rely on and live near hospital if you feel that your health my let you down

It’s around 10 to 15 minutes drive on the bike. These apartments are mainly available for rent on a long-term basis.
