hi byanca, thanks for the nice & informative vid; frankly that's an amazingly good deal for the lovely complex you are staying in; i commented to my wife that our monthly electricity bill in hk (for our apt) is higher than US400 - so imagine getting the apartment, pool, gym, cowork area etc included for free when you pay your electric bill ! the interesting thing is the rent in thb will probably get cheaper in US$ over the next couple years
@@KoopMalverde Yes..but still why less? Prices sure arent going down anwhere, and l didn't think the dollar was on fire anywhere cause it sure isn't in the states. Is the baht going down?
@@michaelg6641 lol I'm not agreeing with him, just explaining what he meant. I don't know if THB is currently losing value, but maybe he does. Also, he says "over the next couple years" so that's a future projection, probably based on something he has seen. The US$ may seem to be losing value to Americans or Europeans but currencies of the developing countries are currently losing more value against the dollar. Mine for instance (Naira). So even if prices rise or stay stagnant, there is a huge chance that 1 dollar will be able to get you more in the near future than presently.
Hi, Byanca, new to your channel, but what kind of condo could you get for $1000-$1500/month and what would be the sq footage of the condo and how many rooms? Thank you, great video!
Thanks for sharing, looks great, planning to travel with my wife and three kids for a month, do they have 2 bedrooms apartments, and is there like restaurants and 7elevn near this condo ?
Thank you for sharing. It#s quite interesting, as many of the condo tours i've seen...there are almost no people in co-working areas or the gym, mostly seem quite deserted, but your complex really looks "alive" :-) wish you all the best!
looks really nice place, especially for the price. The co working area is really nice, wouldn't mind that environment than just inside my home... though I do live right near cafes and such, just that would be pretty cool to have something that isn't far away.

Its currently cheap in Thailand provided you live simply and don't live a party lifestyle, don't be materialistic, don't drink excessively or eat at high end restaurants or shopping. Have a budget and stick to it rigidly. Thailand can tempt you to spend lots, especially the ladies..... Be nice to people, respect and be tolerant to others (its can be different), smile, help others where you can, and you will enjoy your stay....... But you do need some income if you intend staying there a long time.... But remember its a cyclical system.
Aloha lads New kid on the block here i smashed the like and subscribe hell yea Love the condo fits my budget Thanks for the information This the place i wanna live On a mission to find true love Wish me luck All the best God bless ye ken
I have to be honest, I think you're over paying for a 1 bedroom 1 bath for the amount of space the condo has. There is no living room, every condo, apartment, house, etc I have rented the living room was separate from the kitchen, and the bedroom. I don't think have the amenities of a pool, gym, and security gate make up for the lack of space in the actual living quarters. I mean there wasn't even space for a table to have a proper meal at. Looks like an efficient place and well maintained, but sometimes everybody needs some privacy, it doesn't feel like a home to me (I know its an Airbnb).
this is a really fly place I'm fell in love with the pool. the rooms are suitable. now does it matter about how Many people are in the room for rent or is it a flat rate 35000?
Great tour, would like to know the Thai Baht price . As the price in Australian dollars keeps changing. Was 1 AUD to 33 a few months ago. Now only 1 to 23 😭 Dam world economy is falling apart.
I stayed there for 1 month and I'm definitely not a fan. This condo feels like a "jail environment" with all its rules, the "working space" (if we can call it like this) is a bit overrated in this video, very small, uncomfortable, close very early and every time you have to look for the staff to run the AC on (they don't leave the remote due to rules, same for the gym), and then it gets cold but have to look for staff again...The gym has barely the minimum and can contain 3-4 people max, so can get busy very quickly. The pool is ok but nothing special and in the middle of the condos with the feeling that everyone is looking at you while at the swimming pool. The WORST side is the parking, the space is so small that every time you have to waste time finding a parking place for the bike (don't even think parking a car at night inside...). Honestly, I highly recommend another place to stay than here (can find cheaper and much better options, don't hesitate to negotiate), especially in Phuket where the beach sides are the best (Rawai and Bang Tao, you'll not be disappointed!)
You don't need insurance to enter Thailand. And the apartments through the complex itself isn't furnished like your Airbnb was, unfortunately! But a great option for staying in Phuket and I appreciate the video!

Trading with an Expert is the best strategy for Newbies and busy Investors who have little or no time to monitor trade
I would recommend you trade with an expert like Halona Charlotte she's the best
she is not like other brokers who will star in telling you stories and excuses why the trade did not go well after collecting your money

Right, but it's not Seattle. Pay the asking price and not more - this helps us travelers.
It looks more like a nice motel room with a kitchenette. I think an apartment in Seattle would be bigger for $3000 per month.
