I thought theb5th Beatle was Clarence...help me man
mano1971music well, George Martin was actually the fifth Beatle, but we’ll say Jane’s the sixth.
Wow! I don't really remember this video from 1984. I don't recall hearing this on the radio for the last 30 something years. Interesting video. The make good-looking boys...LOL. Kathy Valentine looked ravishing with that long light brown wig. They all looked very B-52s-esque, here.
I saw it once on MTV years ago when it came out; host talked about Belinda and the others "going in drag", never saw it since!
I just love their background harmonies
Induct these talented musicians song writers into Rock Roll Hall of Fame!!! 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸❤ Friendly reminder that when you say ignorant things about women in power, they don't hear you.
But your daughters do. Your mother does. Your sisters hear you. Your nieces hear you too.
Very underrated song by them!
What an outstanding video. Well done.
So glad this video is back up. This is one of my favorite Go-Go's singles.
This is, literally, the best video ever!
@silverbird58 Some naturalist-TR flooded Hetch Hetchy.
OMG!! First time I watch this video!!!!
I just love the go gos I'm 58years and I still watch them on showtime yes
This song rocks even today!
Once a rocker, always a rocker.
This is one of their best vidoes and songs.
Seriously love this song totally awesome.
This is only the 2nd or 3rd time I've seen the video (since 1984!). I've forgotten just how hilarious this was, especially with Rob Lowe. I love that the drummer onstage is the only girl in the nearly all-boy band -- and that her alter-ego on the dance floor is the only one dressed as a dude, while the rest are in dresses. And Belinda Carlisle's getup reminds me of David Bowie in "Modern Love" mode. Good times!
Do I see Rob Lowe?
I love this song!
Definitely Rob Lowe, he was friends with Kathy Valetine.
"This is...officially...the GREATEST party in history!"
Yeah he corrupted them.
@@stephanierae650 You know they were fixtures on the early LA punk scene right? Hung out with Darby Crash et al? I don't think Rob could've corrupted them at all. They probably corrupted him.
@@stephanierae650 LOL clearly you don't know anything about the GoGos -- any one of them would have killed little Robby in a drink-for-drink, drug-for-drug match.
Saw them on the beach Seaside NJ early 2000s for free. Good times! I believe they got in. They deserve it.
