They are all in their late 60's , I honestly think they sound solid. Sure Belinda isnt as sharp vocally but she still held her own on the stage. Legends all
Belinda always had a mediocre voice but an incredibly beautiful face that made up for it. Her voice hasn't changed much. Interestingly, 80's male rockers look like grandma's now also🤣

The first time I saw the Go-Go's live was at the Hammersmith Palais, London, in 1982. Also in 1983, as support to Fun Boy 3 back at the Palais (as we called it) in 1983. They both joined up and played Our Lips Are Sealed (about Terry and Jane's secret relationship). So happy to see them honoured.

This song was my introduction to the GoGos. I was in my high school auditorium working on a theater set while the cheerleaders rehearsed in the next room. I probably heard it 15-20 times that day.
If you google it there have been at least a couple of hundred all girl bands. The bangles being one of my wife’s favourites, i thought vixen were better.

In 1981, the Go-Gos released the album "Beauty and Beat." It went on to be a #1 smash. This was an all-girl band. They wrote all their own songs. They played all their instruments. Do you know how many times that has happened since then? **ZERO** The Go-Gos were more than just a pop band. They are true rockers.

im 60 years old. i grew up in a rock band playing bass. these kids are really good. i hope they keep it up. randy rhodes is hard to follow. but i thought she really tried hard. such a bright future for them. ill keep following them. good luck to them.
Loved this song too back in the day. Funny side note, the food service company that ran the cafeterias at my college (82-86) was called SAGA. We said it stood for Soviet Attempt to Gag America.
I knew Gina Shock the drummer from my highschool days in my City. She was in an all girls Catholic school and we boys drove over to hang with the girls after school. I used to go to parties with Gina, she was lots of fun😅😮🎉 🎉😮😅
After all these years, the Go Go's still got the beat.
