Couldn't have done it without this video, I would never have found that clip! I'm pretty sure today was the first time the headlight was removed from my 2004! Thank you!
Thanks for posting this video i bought new head light bulbs and was going to do it but wanted to see if someone had a tutorial on here first. Thanks again and great job.
Your video really saved the day.
I offer one suggestion: it would have been very helpful had you shown the proper way to remove the old headlamp bulb from the electrical connector. I'm I 'did it wrong,'...a small piece of the connector broke off. Is there a tab to depress? Anything like that?
No matter...I now have 2 headlights...thanks, guys...will visit your site for parts...
Thank you so much!!!!! Very helpful and right to the point
Well done. I couldn't have done it without you.

Great job buddy thanks
My housings are really bad, you can hardly see at night. With new housings, do you have to adjust or aim the headlight? Can you just measure the old screw and match that?
Awesome video
Thank you guys nice tutorial

Gonna be heading this route soon, and already know who im buying them from! Struck a deer couple nights ago on a bypass (65mph speed limit) luckly was doing under the speed limit (about 55) and got away with a dented bumper and a headlight that had a really small piece of plastic broken on the inside ( barely noticeable and still fully functional, didnt even make a difference in the brightness), Both of which are OK by me as the bumper was dented already from a wreck (someone slashed my tire and it blew out while going down the road) and the headlights had alot of small hairline fractures in it (not sure from what? bugs hitting them? plastic does seem cheap and it does affect the brightness from when I first got the truck) So planned on replacing them anyway! Be nice if yall also had a glass version! I havent been able to find a set anywhere that are glass, not even ebay!
Thanks for watching. Here's a link to the headlights shown in the video that are available on our website. We also offer FREE SHIPPING in the lower 48 states and these headlights carry a 3 year warranty as well. Hope this helps you out. www.1aauto.com/1A/HeadLights/Ford/F150-Truck/-/-/2005?VideoReply&RUclips&ATony
It must have been catching on something on you, where it did catch on anything when we did the vehicle in the video. Have a great day!

Ah, the secret is the that little pin on the rubber shield. Thanks guys!
How to change the light bulb?
Hello I have a 07 f150 an I need to replace the map lights without rails an I don't know how to get to the bulbs
Did you have to re-aim the headlights after?
+Josh Reynolds Sometimes the headlights will need to be adjusted after install.
👏👏👏👏thanks
It should pull right out for you.
Thank for vid
Bout a 2010 is it the same?
The only other thing is when you are installing a new headlight that clip on the back of the light will not be mashed down like the one that was removed from the vehicle. You will have to find a way to keep that clip closed enough to be able to get it back in slot.
+Roy McCormick Thank you for the comment with advice. We appreciate all who share their experience to help other viewers. 1aauto.com
I removed the clip from the light, inserted into the slot in the fender and then, after making sure everything was lined up, slid the light in. :)
Could i do this with a 1998? (model)
Why the hell does everyone take the whole headlight housing out to replace a bulb
How does this video have any thumbs down?
I'm having a hard time with that screw I can't get it out
Guy didn’t even show how to take the bulb off that housing on the headlight
how do you get the bulb out of the socket?
looks pretty easy, my question is how you call the entire plastic cover my is becoming really foggy and sweaty inside.
The plastic headlight lens does not come off. We carry new headlights on our website. If you click on the link in the video you can purchase the ones shown in the video on our website 1aauto.com 888-844-3393 Have a great day!
