- I got some new headlights for my 2004 F150 made by AutoSaver88 on Amazon! I was stoked to get them since I originally wanted some with the DRL bars. It was an easy swap with some light wiring!

*UPDATE:I’ve had these on the truck for 1 year and 7 months. Never had any condensation issues but the top clear coat has started to flake about a month ago. It hasn’t discolored yet, I just pressure washed the flake off and they look okay. I’m gonna use a headlight restore kit and put a new clear coat on them. I’ll make an update video when I do that. Just wanted to put this update out there. These are “cheaper” headlights so be aware that you take a risk of them having an issue. That’s why I like Amazon (easy returns/exchanges) and they offer the electronics warranty you can buy.

Just installed them in my truck. Used the two tone wire from the turn signal harnes for the yellow wire from the light and the brown + and black - to the marker lights same color.
I have those exact headlight. I love em. Had them about a year now no issues

those came out sic! Tail lights are nice too. You should check out diode dynamics Switchback LED turn signals to balance the look on the front lights but thanks for the video
Great recommendation! I had never heard of them! I was actually debating on even blocking them off since that was the only part of these lights I wasn’t the biggest fan of but these might be the perfect way to mesh function and the style of these! Thanks for watching and the recommendation! 👊🏼

I know this is an old video but did you have to adjust your lights? I'm noticing my driver side is a tad bit lower than the passenger side but I'm not seeing where I can adjust that.

Hi I have these exact headlights on my f150 the white marker light on the bottom went out any suggestions on how to repair it? Also started noticing some condensation in this headlights. I've been running these lights for about two years I completely sealed the lights about a year ago except for the little holes in the back. It seemed to fix the condensation problem until recently.
I have red, brown, black, and white wires. Can you tell me which ones I need to connect to?
My passenger side head light is accumulating water and I sealed them a while back it worked for a while now the bottom sequential marker light want come on but the hazard lights still function properly. Do you know how to repair the marker light in these headlights?

Something cheap and easy people do when getting Amazon headlights is get some sort of sealer at Home Depot and apply on seams to try to block any condensation
where did you got the front grill?
Does the headlight turn off when you turn the blinker on? Like a new car? That drives me nuts LOL

Hey Adrian! I am curious as to how these are holding up after 6 months? Is the lens still clear with no signs of fading, also any leaking/condensation in the housings? Any issues with the DRL Strips/Turn Signals?
If you have an Instagram DM me and I’ll send photos but so far so good! Much better than my last set. They haven’t had condensation inside not once. One of the DRL strips has not turned on 2x randomly but then just starts working again so probably just a bad connection. I am going to redo the taps a little better and see if it stops. But that’s it. I would still recommend them so far 👍🏼 IG @justkingadrian
I have the same exact ones and three first day I washed my muddy truck. The lens we condensed from the inside. Then the water in there was sitting at the bottom with no way out. Had to drill a tiny hole at the corner to let air in. They look cool but this batch came out sucky.
They didn’t have the little one way vent? It’s like a sticker that goes over a hole. I am still running these and have never had condensation. The only thing I have had problems with is the clear coat started peeling finally.
I'm about to get one of this F150 model and it's already done over 400,000km on it. I just wanna ask if it's worth?

These lights are sick. I got mine from your link and just finished installing them. But the brake lights seem to be delayed. Sometimes I have to really stomp the brake pedal for them to come on. Have you had any issues with that?
You got the same tail lights as me? I don't have any issues with the brake lights but I would just double check your wire connections and it is possible you need to install a stronger ground. I had this issue on my other F150 while adding LED tail lights to the bumper.

with a few modifications here and there would I be able to hook these up to my 03 expedition? I love the drl lines and they look like they could slip right in my truck
I don’t think so but I would maybe check a junkyard or see if someone is parting out an 04-08 F150 and grab a cheap headlight to test fit and see what it would take.

What bulbs are you using for the headlights, and how’d you wire the grill

Does the halo bar only come on when you turn on your park lights? My 2007 doesnt have an always on DRL.
Yes, just turn on running lights and they come on 👍🏼

Most of the cheap headlights are junk. My experience is the adjustment screws don’t work and then there is the moisture issues. Spend a few more dollars and buy CAPA certified lights only.
Have you had any condensation in these new lamps?
No condensation at all but my clear coat is finally having a little flake, I need to wash my truck and see what’s up with it because I’ve been having a bunch of rain so they are dirty as well. But never any condensation.
Any one has try this headlight on a 2003 ford expedition...?? I cant find this type of headlights for expeditions...(only the spyder brand but they dont have it in chrome.
(Or what other brand/year will fit?..
I’m not sure. I would just cross reference some other aftermarket’s and see if you can find out.
I just purchased an 04 fx4 as a project truck but I’m kind of regretting it with all the bad reviews on the engine 😂 did I mess up? I thought it was a good deal for a crew cab V8 should of done some research.
My 04 has 272k miles on it with the 5.4. Basic maintenance and she still runs strong.
Bit too pricey for an old truck but damn I like em

The headlights are linked in the description and they don’t sell the grille anymore where I got it. If you search “Ford grille” for this year on eBay they pop up though 👍🏼
does ur truck have a drl? if so . when all the lights are off and you put your gear on drive . which part of the lights turn on ? is it the low beams or the fiber optics ?
It doesn’t have automatic DRL. I have automatic headlights (1 click to the left) but if I turn on my running lights (1 click to the right) the C bar led light turns on and stays on with the headlights and tail lights. (Headlights stay off)

Got these headlights bc of this video a few months ago and they suck water gets into them the bottom led strip doesn’t work anymore and the yellow from the blinker part of it turned the led strip plastic yellow so these are garbage but different ones

The turn signals are built in but I bought the LED headlight bulbs separately.
5:54. Those metal retaining clips are garbage. I just pry them off and toss them into the trash. Spare yourself and make it the first thing you do when you unbox them.
where did you get your front grill?
You can find them on eBay if you search Ford grille for your year.
Just bought a pair and one came defective, it lights up on the bottom but not the top 😢
Dang I’m sorry. A while after I installed mine one of mine didn’t work and I just wiggled the wires a bit and it started working again. Possibly bad connections on the wiring.
How is the beam pattern with these headlights? I'm about to buy these headlights but not sure if they're bright
Plenty bright for me. I have LED headlight bulbs though and I was able to set the alignment pretty easily. 👍🏼

I am getting condensation in one of mine there are no vents on the back just stickers would it solve my problem if I remove the stickers and expose the holes?
I think they are mesh to prevent it? Let me double check mine and I’ll reply but with my old headlights that I had a condensation problem with I would just unplug a bulb the next day during sunlight and let it dry out. Obviously not ideal but it works. I’ll get back to you about the stickers and see what mine have.

I got mine off Amazon but they don’t sell them anymore. If you search “Ford Grille 04-08 F150” on eBay they come up.

I did aim mine but I did it sort of half ass against my garage. They are aimed pretty good but I’ll eventually try to make it perfect. I’m not blinding anyone and I can see great with them though.

Any problems with this light?
None so far! It’s been through rain and a few washes, no water or condensation inside. The finish is good and the c bar running lights are all working great. It’s only been a few months but so far so good! I’ll make an update down the road as well.

@@JustKingAdrian I just got clear ones too but I need to return them , one of them doesn't turn orange when it blinks . (Stays white ) The other one doesn't complete the blink , it stops half way ... bad luck I guess
