- Turbo 1987 ford Crown Victoria, steeda 19 cam, 70mm On3 turbo, 10 psi of boost, stock HO short block, stock heads, stock intake, 3" exhaust from turbo to electronic dump, splits into stock duals after dump, built AOD with 4R70W gears, B&M Torque master converter, 3.07 posi, sleeper!
Buried that damn needle alive lol.
Impressive but my suggestion is look for a 87 to 91 crown vic interceptor instrument cluster. Its a direct bolt and ends at 140 mph instead of 85mph. Other then that very nice sounding
My young ass thought you were recording the radio
lmfao
Lol thats funny
Ayoooooo😭😭😭
Love the custom gauges on the floor and the tach in the glove box is genius!! 😂
Lol, that speedometer needle. Funny shit.
I will use my entire gauge cluster.
dude holy shit I was on the fence but now I know what my ltd needs😂 seeing the speedo do that on that car is insane
That's awesome man , I have an 86 Grand Marquis that I would love to do this too. Wish I knew how lol
... you could always just buy mine instead.
@@ashtonoday4295 how much
So thats why they call it “ burying the needle” lol
This is fucking cool as hell
Hustles pretty good for an E6 head boat anchor 302
When she’s home alone
I have an '89 Crown LX. Don't you just love those ridiculous 85 mph speedos, that when you go fast, the needle keeps going and then disappears? The police counterparts had the much extended 140 version. I personally have plans to turn mine into a sleeper like yours. Is the engine the original 302 Windsor or swapped?
😱 👏
Love it
Stock e7s are ok. Shoud definately make it breathe a little better tho. Pick up some numbers.
Wow
Nice...
okay I'm no expert on the CV but why does the speedo end at 130kmph? It must do at least 100mph in stock form right?
Speedo going going gone
NICE MAN! Stock intake and Long block?
Travis Vowell. yes but now I am on my second short block because the first one broke a crankshaft and it went out the end of the block
Automotive Repair ouch. At least junkyard 5.0s are cheap. What did you use to tune it with? Or was it carbed with some kind of 1:1 fuel pressure riser (i cant remember what theyre really called)
Travis Vowell it's fuel injected and I use a rising-rate cutout unit FMU and I use an MSD BTM box to pull timing
Hey i have an 88 crown vic wagon and im trying to order an on3 kit for it. Which kit did you go with and what kind of modifications to the kit did you have to make for it to work on a crown vic? I'm assuming you used the fox body single turbo kit?
There is no on3 kit. Everything I did was custom made from scratch. The only thing from on3 is the turbo itself because it's a decent turbo for the money.
