My 3rd fire tablet and I needed a refresh and new information about set up. I learned so much from this video that I didn't know even after using the prior tablets for over 7 years. My fault for not watching and learning all the features. I have never used RUclips before but I will certainly be using it from now on. Again, super informative video!!

I owned the fire hd 10 and despite its faults i did enjoy it and i kind of miss it, especailly the typecase keyboard case that made it feel like a laptop that i loved. I replaced it with lenovo which in many ways better but it has its own set of problems and kind of regret getting it. I may go get the fire hd 10 again or wait for the max 11 thats coming out.

Is it possible to create a separate profile for a big kid with apps like Netflix, prime, etc.? The kids profile doesn't have anything interesting and i don't want my child accessing my Amazon account

My biggest gripe is when I shut the tablet off and charge it, it turns on. Also when I unplugg the tablet it turns on.

iPad and Samsung do the same thing: I will tell you this: my two year old brother has a Fire HD 10 kids, my mom has had a Samsung tablet and an iPad, my dad has had 2 iPads in the past, and I have had a fire hd(2013) and a fire hd 10(2021. I got mine this month. Max 11 was too much money) and all of them do the same thing exact thing…when you charge it…it turns on. Just shut it off.
