  • Today I'm going to be making easy peasy Panna Cotta.
I know this is not an authentic Panna cotta, but we call it panna cotta in Japan.
It is effortless to make and so delicious, whatever you call it.
This is made of milk and cornstarch, and sugar. That's it.
I don't use corn starch for my cooking, but I keep it only for this recipe.
    3×100ml
    300ml whole milk
    25g sugar
    25g cornstarch
    vanilla※optional

This sounds great. I love panna cotta but it is easy to get the gelatin proportions wrong and end up with something that's a little bit too firm. This looks fairly foolproof. Thank you.

I’m lactose intolerant. Can this recipe use coconut milk/almond milk instead of whole milk?

This looks so yummy! I definitely can't wait to try making it at home! Question for you, do you need to let the milk come to room temperature or is using cold milk right from the refrigerator okay? Thank you for all of your wonderful videos! 😊❤️
