Just came across your page and loving what i see ..how often should i do full body dumbells or is it more effective todo your cardio /dumbells a few times a week for fatloss and tone up im 190 looking to get to 140 i do alot of cardio walking /toning move workouts and 2 days or just standing dumbell workouts but i may be burnig calories but carly loossing and onches and scale wont budge
