    Just started working out regularly for health reasons to lose weight, get fit and lower my blood pressure (which is working!)     Just came across your page and loving what i see ..how often should i do full body dumbells or is it more effective todo your cardio /dumbells a few times a week for fatloss and tone up im 190 looking to get to 140 i do alot of cardio walking /toning move workouts and 2 days or just standing dumbell workouts but i may be burnig calories but carly loossing and onches and scale wont budge

      Yes, I know what you mean and this might happens to me sometime but for now I have to memorize almost everything as a new ETM Instructor and this is so frustrating sometimes!! 😕

      Hi there. Most of our followers enjoy the live class format in which the instructor encourages, discusses proper form and counts reps along with the client rather than saying nothing and simply showing a timer. We're sorry you didn't enjoy the instruction.
