Just did this one today on my lunchtime… legs were a bit tough. Will be feeling that tomorrow. Used my 10, 12, & 15 pds weights. Went by so fast too. Love you girls workouts.
Loved this strength training workout! Targeted so many different areas which is great! My heart rate was up and I was sweating 😅 buckets!
