      We love low weight, high rep workouts. They're way more difficult than you'd expect!

    Oh yeah shoulders and arms were burning! You lady's rock! Love how Wiley just wanders in and out! For me it's my dog Billie she slept thru the class today!

    Do u use these weights or heavier weights your own personal workouts ? All I hear is challenge yourself with heavier weights

      Hi! We both tend to use 8 lb. dumbbells for our upper body work because we feel it is challenging but doable. We do not recommend using weights that cause discomfort or strain. Especially when to-heavy weight compromises proper form. Challenging but doable is the way to go when strength training with dumbbells.
