    Wow..this was hard. Hardly any break but moving from one exercise to next so choose dbs wisely. Will have to do this again to gage my improvement

    It was tossup between upperbody or cardio. Glad I chose this challenging and thorough upper focused routine. Was able to scale down when I felt I needed it and still felt accomplished.

    amazing workout. arms are tired - really more the pecs from pushups, flys and presses. great format altho for adjustable weights I had to use pause. saving this one
