It was tossup between upperbody or cardio. Glad I chose this challenging and thorough upper focused routine. Was able to scale down when I felt I needed it and still felt accomplished.
This workout was do good, i really enjoyed it! The lastvsection and the finisher were pretty tough for me, but i did the best i could. Thank you to you and your crew for another fantastic workout ❤❤❤!!!!!!
