      Are we suppose to be doing more workouts each day or maxing out in these workouts?

      @@laurenrobbins4193 for MAX results give each workout your all. I’d add in getting 10,000 steps daily. Just move more in your day, it doesn’t necessarily mean more exercise. You do what’s best for you. ❤️

    I loved that upper body workout. I used 15 pounds on the hammer curls 💪🏼🔥. I can feel the progress with consistency ❤. Thank you, Michelle. I’m so glad I found your channel a few months ago and became a member. There’s no better investment than in your health 🫶🏼
