I loved that upper body workout. I used 15 pounds on the hammer curls 💪🏼🔥. I can feel the progress with consistency ❤. Thank you, Michelle. I’m so glad I found your channel a few months ago and became a member. There’s no better investment than in your health 🫶🏼
