I decided to go all the way back to when you first started creating workout videos. I absolutely LOVE these strength training & cardio combo workouts. At one point I has soooo much sweat dripping in my eyes, they were burning so bad I had to pause to wipe the sweat and clean my eyes lol. Thank you ladies. You're absolutely incredible for keeping these wonderful workouts going for as long as you have. It shows your passion for fitness and good health and your desire to help others reach their fitness and health goals as well. ❤❤❤
