    This was awesome! I love how much I was sweating, just as much as if I had gone out for a run which I cannot do anymore due to injuries. I love your choice of music in this. I'm 55 and this was perfect!!! I'm so glad I found your channel. Thank you!

    I know this wasn't supposed to be easy, but man, this workout today was killer 😮 I am pouring sweat, breathing hard and wiped out. Phew! Way to get the maximum benefits from 30 min!!!

    I consider myself a RUclips workout veteran and am glad to have found you ladies last week 🥰 I am have been enjoying the classes a lot but if I may suggest one thing:
    🙏🏼 Please add a timer like you did in this one.
    It makes a WHOLE LOT of difference in the performance when you (the viewer) know where you’re at in the set. We can increase or decrease the intensity and give that last power blast in the final seconds. 💥 thanks and keep up the great work!

      Thanks for joining!! A lot of our classes were either LIVE or not in intervals (ie: we make it up off the top of our head and it's not planned). We'll definitely continue to add in the timers for the planned out workouts like this! So happy to have you!

      @@RCFitnessOfficial if the class is LIVE and in time intervals, one idea is to bring the timer you are looking at off camera to a place where the viewers can see it too. Have a blessed 2022! 🙏🏼

    This was great! New to your channel and I'm wondering if you have a shorter version of this without the instructions. They are great to have for the first couple of times, but I would like to do it without them if it is available.

      Hi Kathy! We've had a lot of feedback from people saying they enjoy the live class feel with the instructor talking about proper form and cheering viewers on throughout the class. Please feel free to turn off the volume and workout to your own music if that is your preference!

    How is this interval training. This is constant!

      All interval training is different. In this particular class your efforts are for 20, 30, 40, 20-seconds with a very quick 10-second recovery between. We have other videos with longer recovery breaks.
