I consider myself a RUclips workout veteran and am glad to have found you ladies last week 🥰 I am have been enjoying the classes a lot but if I may suggest one thing: 🙏🏼 Please add a timer like you did in this one. It makes a WHOLE LOT of difference in the performance when you (the viewer) know where you’re at in the set. We can increase or decrease the intensity and give that last power blast in the final seconds. 💥 thanks and keep up the great work!
Thanks for joining!! A lot of our classes were either LIVE or not in intervals (ie: we make it up off the top of our head and it's not planned). We'll definitely continue to add in the timers for the planned out workouts like this! So happy to have you!

This was great! New to your channel and I'm wondering if you have a shorter version of this without the instructions. They are great to have for the first couple of times, but I would like to do it without them if it is available.
Hi Kathy! We've had a lot of feedback from people saying they enjoy the live class feel with the instructor talking about proper form and cheering viewers on throughout the class. Please feel free to turn off the volume and workout to your own music if that is your preference!
All interval training is different. In this particular class your efforts are for 20, 30, 40, 20-seconds with a very quick 10-second recovery between. We have other videos with longer recovery breaks.
