We’re kicking off this program on May 10, 2021, but of course you are able to begin this challenge at your leisure. Here are the details...
For 14 consecutive days you will be challenged to complete various workouts designed to provide a well-rounded, full-body fitness program.

Whether you’re looking to burn fat, build muscle, or tighten and tone specific body parts, you’ll find in all in this challenge. The program is suitable for beginners, to more advanced athletes, as you will find high and low impact alternatives in all workouts.

This workout was quite challenging for me in the mental aspect of coordinating the upper and lower body movements. But, I didn't quit. I did my best. I did finish and I for sure got a great workout and sweat 😅!
