I always turn the squashes i get from produce boxes i get into cheese sauce for whatever - mac, enchiladas, nachos, etc. Roast the squash until it’s super soft and the blend with soaked cashews, miso paste, pickle or sauerkraut brine, seasonings and whatever plant milk you have.

Veganbodegacat was too long and it also cornered me into just doing food content. Ive been doing food for over 8 years and wanted to do some non-food stuff every once in a while :) Also, I wish I could have gotten just "bodegacat" but It was taken so I got "bodegacatx"

On the sad bun, is the flavor gross too? If the flavor is passible, could you toast it all in the oven and then grind it down into breadcrumbs and use it as a coating instead?
The flavor was bad too. I tried toasting it and it didnt help. But you're smart with the breadcrumb thing. I should have done that

I literally made a peanut sauce today! I was craving it since few days, and it was super peanuty 🥹 i went into food coma after eating it 🤣, also, with pumpkin, I'm always making a blended soup (with onions garlic potatoes a carrot bulion ginger and spices), one of my comfort foods, and I'm also baking the pumpkin 1st, so it's easier to peel, and you don't have to cover it, especially with an aluminum foil (it's super toxic as far as I know, and cancerous). Love you!! ❤️💕
The Moser Roth dark chocolate blocks are really good and pretty much always in Aldi in Australia! There are like 5 single serves in a package. Check for milk but they're usually vegan. The plain dark choc, dark sea salt, dark orange almond, dark raspberry almond, mint, etc. I think they are copies of Lindt but better since Lindt blocks changed to include milk again. 😊😊

The tofu skin salad actually looks like a chicken pie filling so not that bad :D I am so glad though among the "meh" meals there were some that hit the spot for you! I also totally relate when it comes to late events/meetings - it's nearly my bedtime and my gosh the last thing I want then is to socialize :D

Stacked ones are like 3x the size of orchard grocer but they're both good!

Many stores are able to pull up your receipt on their computer system if you paid for our purchase with a card. You may very well be able to either exchange or get a refund for the unopened package of gluten-free buns. If that fails, you should contact the company directly, telling them about liking their protein products and how poor your view is on the gluten-free one. Often you will get a refund and/or a replacement as most companies want to keep your loyalty to their brand.
Money is tight for everyone these days. Whether getting a free product or a refund, it all counts.

Another way you could consider using pumpkin or squashes is pureed as a creamy base for curry. One of my favorites!
Pureed pumpkin (no seasoning or anything) is also safe for dogs so if you or anyone you know makes home-made dog food for their canine friends, that's something you can consider adding.

There is a spice mix called Apple Pie Spice that is similar to pumpkin pie spice minus one spice that is only in pumpkin pie spice that you can use next time you make apple pie protein pudding.

I’m so tired of vegan options being only gluten-free. I feel for the patients with celiac disease, as I want them to have food options. I am tired of vegan options all being gluten-free, like all the pizzas I can get locally. I want literally all the gluten. There should ALSO be a plethora of options for the GF peeps! Why are they always combined?! 😂

I dont really like squashes bc they're sweet to me, but making it into pasta sauce with crispy fried sage is AMAZING. If you look up butternut squash pasta with crispy sage there are a million easy to veganize recipes. Highly recommend if you get tired of your current squash recipw!
Also i FEEL being too old and tired for late birthday parties hahaha. My friend had a birthday party that started at 11!!!! AT NIGHT!!! I rallied for them but I was so sleepy lol
