When you mentioned that your sister died I had to pause and cry for a couple minutes mostly just because I can see that you're doing your best keeping it together as much as you can and I respect that. I'm so sorry for your families loss. My mom passed in 2000 at the age of 56 and I loss my little bro in 2006 at age 33. They both passed in Jan. I send you my love and prayers. It's hard.

I don't know how your sister died, but I feel really bad about what is going on in Gaza. I know you try to make these fun and be happy, but it is okay to be serious also if you feel like it. I think what is going on there is very tragic and that the USA should be trying to stop it any way they can.

Here are some ideas what to do with leek: either a salad (yes you can it raw) with sweet corn, mayo, pineapple, some fermented veggies OR a soup with cream, cheese and „minced meat“ . I like both very much

Okay can I just say that you are so so diligent with your meal prep and its so inspiring for me (especially getting meal ideas as a fellow veg girlie!) and I LOVE that you really embody balance. It's hard watching these what I eat in a week videos because you never know what youre gonna get but you truly feed yourself well with meal prep and prioritize nourishment but also listen to your body and eat your cravings/fun foods because thats what life is all about and I loooove that. Honestly, I would love to have a veg delivery service like local roots available. I am such a creature of habit when it comes to produce so my diet (although still pretty veg and fruit packed) could benefit from forced creativity :D
Also, so jealous about places like Haam - in Europe cultures from South and Central America or Caribbean are just not showcased enough in general, not even mentioning plant based spots like this!
