And the contender who has more experience in creating a more realistic layered texture gave honest feedback based upon his experience. Although after reading some of the comments regarding the winner having a family restaurant featuring vegan cuisine, it does kind of feel like the winner had the advantage (NOT an unfair one) over the others from the get go.
