@@faieziabubakar207 Other than the hair and fashion style, she looks identical to a filipina lady I know. The smile, laugh and general personality traits are uncanny. Kind of puts me off, but I get what you mean. Edimara always seems to enjoy doing what she's doing. Although I'm all for people putting their twist on things, Edimara always seems to be having an unconventional dish.
I'd like to see her conventional dishes in these sort of videos and 'her twists' in separate videos.
I love Selene! She seems like she would be a lot of fun to be around - doesn't take life so seriously. Edmira is so cute and Martina knows how to throw it down in the kitchen. 🇮🇹

I personally feel that even though Martina's foods is probably good, she usually wins cause the other moms just give everyone a high score, like they're just there to enjoy the food and vibe, which I'm not saying she's not there for as well, but she's more "critical" than the other two, if you get what I mean, all in all love em all they're such a wholesome bunch 🙏😩
I think I’m critical when I need to be. I gave them 10s on other videos cause their dishes were perfect. This time… not so much! And I gave honest feedback to back up my scores.
@@LetsCookItaliano and I completely understand that, and I personally don't think the word "critical" is really the best choice, I just didn't know how else to explain what I meant, basically what I'm trying to say is that she's there to actually taste test, which is great because that's the whole point of the show, while the other two give me more of a "yay food" energy, 😖 I really don't know how to explain it properly
@@froshnel she would be me 😅 trust me, I was there to enjoy the experience as well! But perhaps I tend to be critical when necessary cause I’m a university lecturer, so it’s.. a professional habit, I think!
@@froshnel I think her winnings are going to her head a bit. In previous videos she was kind while giving constructive criticism. Not necessarily rude but I get what you mean. Her food does look good though and I love watching her and the other ladies.

I love how Edimara said she doesn’t really like sauce with meatballs but then indulges in Martina’s and gives it a 10/10… but that is also the good thing about trying other peoples traditional foods you find different combinations and things you like.

Even though Edimara’s meatballs did look overdone, I still want to try all of them! One was saucy, one was rich and the other was spicy. Selene said hers topples men’s hearts though… yet the other one had chilies which I can’t get enough of, but then there’s the big plate with all the tomato flavor and blend of beef/pork. This is difficult, I demand to be a 4th judge! 😂

@Jakojaj everyone scores differently cause we all have different ways of evaluating things. And a different taste. I’m sure there’s something you like that other people don’t, and viceversa. I’ve also given 10s in the other videos when I thought the food deserved it.

personally i love a meatball with some caramelization on the outside those “over done” meatballs probably would have been a hit with me because i love that crispy and flavorful crust it creates.. when it has that wonderful caramelized crust outside and inside is juicy flavorful and not too hard i can eat it without any sauce just fine!!
The red lady (with due respect, because I don't know her name 🥺) is the sweetest. She appreciates everything and she seem to be kind and really generous. 10 on 10 for being super sweet, World needs more people like her.

I like this trio - they make for great watching, because they engage with the flavour and describe it. Especially Martina who describes the food and the eating experience so well and I love how she talks with her hands!
I think that rather than Martina scoring too low it is the others who score too high; I would not give meatballs a nine if their flavour was not good. Selene is just too nice (don't change, Selene, the world needs nice people).

My mum used to make meatballs similar to the ones that Edimara made. Breadcrumbs on the outside and deepfried. Never seen beatballs with tomato sauce (where I grew up), but I suppose it's a regional thing and taste of the cook.
