Seriously, though, there are different ways of talking in different cultures, though. What you, from the Caribbean, find as rude may not be the same as what a Jewish woman from the Bronx finds is rude. In fact, I will GUARANTEE that there are things in Jewish culture you would find rude, and things Jewish people would find rude about you, without you actually doing anything wrong on purpose. Like how in very rural Japan, it was polite to burp after the meal, but in cultures like Britain, that's extremely rude. Rudeness is determined entirely by culture. So if a Jewish person says "in my culture that's not rude," then you gotta kinda listen to how they're operating within their norm. And we all kinda hafta adjust to each other, and try not to judge each other on anything but intent when it comes to manners and rudeness. It's a messy, diverse world out there! At some point, there are lines where you are harming people, but most of the time, we have to be understanding culturally.
Jewish women are known for certain forms of speech that many other cultures don't understand. Just as boricuas are known for a certain cadence, and a swear word in PR isn't the same as a swear word in Paraguay. You'll never hear me say morality is relative, but yeah, culture, and rudeness, is hella relative.
