      stevia is linked with memory loss. please dont ever go for it. my family member is struggling with dimentia because she took stevia for 8 years. so please dont.

    I started a week ago and my weight was 70.3 and after a week i lost 2 kgs but Today i gained like 200 gm weight so weight fluctuations happen but I'm With you on this journey, also not sponsored or anything try trunative monk fruit sugar I'm using that sugar it's really good after taste nahi aata wo bitter wala it just taste like regular sugar, my mother is diabetic patients and her doctor allowed her to consume that.

    Did 30 min basic roberto gym workout burn :115 cal
    Best of luck shivani this time we are not gonna fail .if we have to go outside then we can follow 80/20 and calories deficit rules.this way we wont quit ❤
