    Well done for saving it you did really well. 👍I bet you have watched all the content on RUclips about them like I have 😂
    I’ve sort of grown Desert Roses for bout 3 years and really struggle with them, not rot of anything just not growing! The first set of 6-8 seeds got, have got 1 out of that that’s got half decent cordex the others are ok but still look like 3 month old seedlings lol. Second set I purchased again 1 that’s got half decent cordex the rest, honestly I’ve been looking at them over past few days wondering if I should just throw them out, they are taking up precious window space that I could use for other plants. 🤷🏻‍♀️

      My mum has had the same issue growing seeds and because of that I have never tried to grow them

    Hello I put mine in a dark drawer is that okay!

    • @RootsReady
      @RootsReady  5 месяцев назад

      Yes, that will be fine. I left mine in the dark/low light for about a week. Larger plants will need more time to dry out

    Love the video.Some people use rooting hormone as well.

    • @RootsReady

      Thank you! Rooting hormone is a good option as well

      Root fungicide, root hormones is good, but i like cinnamon powder cuz it's cost-effective and can be handled without gloves :D

    Thank you so much for your video and I am so glad to see this worked for you. I began to repot my adenium plants and 7 of them have root rot!! I wanted to scream, since I had protected them all winter from our heavy cold rains and gave them less water, just to prevent root rot and almost every single one has root rot now, so much for taking preventative measures!!! I am going to have to take out every single plant to make sure the really big plants are not developing rot as well! I am just so happy to see that your plant made it since you had to cut off so much! I am hoping and praying for the same results!

      Best of luck! These plants definitely don't like winter and they will let you know about it! Please let me know how you get on with yours

    My adenium also has similar symptoms. 🥲
    When should I water after drying and planting in soil? Is it enough to water after 2-3 days as shown in the video? thank for video

    • @RootsReady
      @RootsReady  5 месяцев назад +1

      I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend watering 2-3 days onelce transfered into soil
