Actually you can delete all assets in the assets panel. They'll be deleted but as soon as you republish, only the used assets are back. Did that on multiple projects
if im not wrong, you can bulk delete all your assets in the assets panel and webflow will only delete those that are not being used.
In theory but sometimes webflow doesn’t restore some images
