I got the supersonic red XLE with all the extras, black emblems, pano roof, light grey leather seats. I personally think the grill looks better on the XLE, is more comfortable, and it has the memory seats, which the XSE does not have. Very happy with my choice. Ceramic coating really brings out the color and I get compliments every day. Is worth every dollar, in my opinion, and I hope to have it for the next 15+ years.
My parents have had 3 Camrys (89, 94, 04) all extremely reliable. I normally say the XLE models are too understated but this is the first XLE that I think although looks different from XSE, still looks just as good. Just different ways
@beefchuck I prefer a 17" wheel so I can run a tire with a little more side wall for comfort and safety. We have bad roads in my area and a lot of off pavement driving.
Just purchased this trim in the Heavy Metal. I think I would have prefered the Groundwork color, but I thought it was more of a Flat color like all the new car colors I have been seeing. This color looks more like a shiny black. I didn't have the option of seeing the Heavy Metal in person before I committed to it. I hate the way you have to buy cars/suv's / trucks without seen them on the lot.
@deniseraley4204 It's unfortunate that people have such poor buying experiences at dealerships. It should be fun, informative, educational and most of all you should leave feeling satisfied. Satisfaction can mean many things to different people as well but my idea of great customer satisfaction means. Displaying integrity in the entire process start to finish. I as a sales consultant should also be educated well on the products that I'm selling! This is vital to the sales process so that I can leave my customers feeling that if they were doing a sight unseen purchase that I had done my part to the best of my ability. Additionally it means taking them and showing them what the color they want looks like. If I don't have that vehicle in the color they want on my lot. I am absolutely taking them to another vehicle in that color to let them see it in person. I also want to make sure that I'm very hands on with my customers making sure that they've been fully immersed to the best of my ability in what their purchasing. Understanding all the functions, features, safety and tech. I'm always here if you have any questions about you new car! 😊 Congratulations by the way! You made a great purchase!
The best description I could try and give would be kind of like a mountain bike. Imagine the gears that you have on a mountain bike. They go from small to large. As you go faster you need to shift gears to increase speed. We'll a CVT or in the Camry's case an eCVT or (electrictronically controlled transmission) in essence is kind of similar only it's essentially infinite and seamless. Here's a break down: An electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (eCVT) works by using a system of pulleys and a belt or chain to provide a seamless range of gear ratios. Explained: Pulleys and Belt/Chain: The eCVT has two variable-diameter pulleys connected by a belt or chain. One pulley is connected to the engine (input), and the other is connected to the drive wheels (output). Variable Ratios: The diameter of the pulleys can change, allowing for an infinite number of gear ratios. When the diameter of the input pulley decreases, the diameter of the output pulley increases, and vice versa. This changes the gear ratio smoothly and continuously. Electronic Control: The "e" in eCVT stands for electronic control. Sensors and a computer monitor driving conditions and adjusts the pulley diameters to provide the optimal gear ratio for the most optimal and efficient performance. This is also why on the new 2025 Camry we see such efficient fuel mpg's between highway and city. In essence, an eCVT provides extremely smooth and efficient gear change to increase speeds without the distinct steps or jumps you would normally feel between gears found in a traditional transmissions. Hope that helps and makes some sense.
I hear you man. I can assure you our dealership does not operate that way. Very rarely will we add add-ons. Usually it's on things like a Tundra that has a lift and the tires are too small. Makes it look like a dude that skips leg day at the gym. Haha. I've still got this exact Camry if you'd like some info on it! It's currently priced at MSRP no mark ups or add-ons.
There are plenty of options today like going through a broker and avoiding all the brain damage in extra costs and getting decent discounts like least companion and others.
Sir I actually still have this Camry available to me if you'd be interested? No dealer add ons or mark ups. We make the process really easy and simple. Our prices are fair and our process is transperent. I'd love to facilitate something for you!
Kevin, " you mentioned that the Camry SE is the sports edition the XLE & XSE are luxury does that mean it's a difference in the suspension or is it just the look ?.. I recently bought the SE and I'm not happy it jolts very hard when the car is idle in park the ride is rough and I hear an annoying Flapping wind noise when my widow is rolled halfway down. The dealership is being dismissive to concerns I'm going to contact Toyota manufacturing I think the car they sold me has a factory defect or the SE sports edition is garbage.
The sport edition is going to have stiffer suspension tuned for better road handling. However, you may actually prefer the suspension on the LE or XLE model better as it's softer tuned factory suspension. Additionally the SE has a larger wheel size which means less tire sidewall to help absorb any bumps while driving. A low profile tire is going to be stiffer and less forgiving.
OMG...that felt fabric or whatever that is, is just horrendous. Was thinking buying a Camry or Accord this or next year but looks like Camry made the decision for me =)
I would like to buy one in the exact same configuration. Base XLE, same color with black emblems. I would like to fly to you and buy it, if you can make a good deal for me. Coming from Texas.
Please reach out to me via ksmith@colvilletoyota.com to give me your information and I would happily work with you. It would be an honor and a pleasure! Thanks so much!

I want to buy this car so bad. But when I search 2025 midnight black Toyota Camry xse NOTHING POPS UP! Is this the same car as the 2025 Toyota Camry XLE in midnight black???
I'd recommend next time you're in a new Toyota that has it to play around with it. You can customize it and you can enable a dark mode which is super nice!

I agree. The styling is a little more refined in my opinion.
18 inch wheels provide better comfort too.
@@beefchuck16 inch tires are perfect for comfort
@alvinsimba unfortunately 16" was phased out a while ago. 17" and 18"'s are the norm now.

I like it, but every dealer I’ve contacted in Atlanta is adding on junk fees and junk add-ons to bump the price to over MSRP with no discounting.
