genius! it's crazy that I stumbled upon this video. Live in an apartment and our faucet head started dripping and not going from spray to stream. So first I had to look up the right key words like "spray stream" , "kitchen faucet" and found tons of videos and info. Then I found your video with my EXACT problem and faucet. Girlfriend left for the week and I put your video into action and fixed it within 10 minutes. I really appreciate it . Sorry that someone out there was attacking you for buying a new faucet, because that's what my first thought was. Or contact the apartment and wait to have it replaced by the maintenance man, which is super inconvenient, so this simple fix was awesome!

I really, really appreciate this! As a frugal homeowner i can't necessarily afford to replace everything, so I repair whatever i can. I had my sprayer apart except for the buttons. I was hoping that they'd pop off, but was worried that I'd break them if i was wrong. This was the exact guidance that i needed! Thank you so much!

Thank you very much for your video. I have a Glacier Bay faucet with a rocker switch. I didn’t realize it was so easy to pop the cover off the switch. Unfortunately the spring popped out and I didn’t know its placement in the switch. Fortunately, it could only go on the shaft that connects to the rocker switch.
I stretched the spring out. It now seems to work fine. No other disassembly was required.
(The cover clips on to the hinge in the center of the switch.)

Very interesting video. I never even thought to take it apart. Just like you said, you want to replace it and never come back for the same. You can play around at your house, but in apartments maintenance job you have to fix stuff the way it will last. Time is everything in there and you never know what is waiting for you tomorrow. Can’t play with springs all the time. I would just recommend you to find supplier for original sprayers. It would look much better though.
