I have noticed you are editing out the sound of your shoes hitting the floor with more emphasis on the music. Being the noise sensitive person I am I just wanted to say that I appreciate that. It has never prevented me from doing your workouts cause I love your workouts- but now I am enjoying them even more!

I loved this, can you please do more high intensity cardio with no repeat. I feel great!
Tracy I just had a knee replacement done 3 weeks ago and because of your inspiration and workouts I Amon the mend ! I am able to do low impact at this time… thank you. I am 65 and feel like 40 ! God bless and all the great work you do for everyone!

This was such a fun workout! I loved the moves, especially the combo moves. I really like the jumping snowboarder move. I have a list of favorite Tracy workouts and two of them that I do a lot are the 50 minute and 43 minute all standing cardio. I’ll be adding this one too!😊

Lots of walking first off. Yoga, maybe some lower impact cardio and resistance training, but with longer breaks
