Really nice variety of exercises. Love all standing, no repeat workouts. I chose to make the moves high impact for a more intense workout. It’s great that these workouts are good for all levels. I’m turning 65 and sure hope to be active until an advanced age.
My sis came over and we completed this workout! We loved the boxing moves and the jack combo at the end. My sister was able to make a couple of the moves high intensity! She cried when we finished. She was so happy.😊 Thank you for your workouts!
Hi Tracy! I meant to add 20 minutes of this on to my 40 minute upper body strength workout this morning. But when I saw there were only 10 minutes left, I said aww what the heck, I can do it! 😂It ended up being just perfect, and I'm glad I finished it out. Now I'm nice and tired and sweaty, and I feel awesome!
What a fun workout! I added some light weights to a few more exercises just to amp up the intensity but I love these beginner workouts (from a non-beginner!). Thanks so much Tracy!
I don't typically do "beginner" workouts as I have been exercising for years, but I still got a good sweat with speeding up the tempo and using light weights for some of the moves. I also like the option of low impact when I do late evening workouts as I have neighbors below me, so thank you for that! Now the burning question of the day, how did you hair grow so fast from the workouts you posted 3-4 weeks ago? Extensions? Magic potion?😀
