This is Ed's wife Alisha-I just found you and I am 51 trying to conquer peri-menopause so I do strength training workouts 3 days a week and some mobility workouts but I have been wanting to find more zone 2 cardio workouts since I have been told those are more ideal for those of us in our 50's trying to conquer peri-menopause or menopause. Thank you for this great workout. I added Laceup wrist weights that I love. Moving forward I will only be doing your zone 2 workouts.

Thank for these cardio workouts. Needed this to improve lung strength after pneumonia a month ago. I’ve been able to rid the last morning mucus coughing since doing these exercises.
