I am loving these low impact cardio workouts especially with weights. I was getting very discouraged with the high impact workouts because I had to use the bathroom multiple times per workout. These low impact workouts allow me to get a good sweat, raise my heart rate but not require me to use the bathroom during my workout.
Awesome no repeat all standing low impact cardio/stength workout. The excercises are intense. With the ligth dumbells included it makes it more than a low impact only.😅 I had a good time. Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️

Not only have you provided low impact, you give us low impact worth doing!!!!!! Osteoarthritis have made high impact a thing of the past for me (maybe 30 years of doing it is WHY I now have the arthritis💁♀️, my PT thinks so) so searching for quality low impact has been a REAL challenge. I knew I could count on you!!!!!!! This was knee friendly but heavy on effectiveness , elevated my heartrate💗💗 and I just really loved every pain free minute of it. What energy I have tonight 2 hours after doing this!!! Right into my Tracy Favorites Playlist!!!❤❤❤❤ And my abs!!! Wow!!!!! And THANK YOU for not hitting what seems to be the latest "no talking" trend so many YT instructors are doing. What is that? Love real instructors providing form and safety pointers, please don't change. Thanks so much again, Tracy!!!! I'm happy to be back working out and back with you!!!! P.S. I have to also give a shoutout to you for keeping this one ALL STANDING!!! Not having to worry about transitioning standing to the floor was soooooo nice!!!!!
I tried this one today. Adding weights really gets the heart rate up! I did modify some of the moves to high impact. I did one of your 60 minute body weight, no repeat workouts again the other day. Well, I’ve done it several times 😄. I would love to see another 60 minute body weight workout!😊

Great workout! Happy to stay standing and not repeat. A nice variety of moves, added some high impact to all the jacks tho heart rate was good with all the constant movement, change of levels and dumbbells. Thanks, Tracy!

Total! The total includes any rest time (which isn't typically a lot), so it's from when I start my watch to when I stop it!
