  • 45 Minute No Repeat Low Impact Cardio and Strength Workout -I do love a good no repeat workout! This one did not disappoint and the addition of light dumbbells to those low impact cardio exercises really kick the heart rate up and make for a good sweaty workout. We are combining strength and cardio in this workout today, so great for muscle building and fat burning!
