I know! It was really tough, I was breathing hard, sweating and really working hard. But somehow it went by really fast! I was surprised when she said it was the last exercise 😅
This was one of my favorite weight + cardio routines ever! What a great variety of exercises, and I loved all of them. I also like how you do combo moves, but in a way where they are separate...so like lung and then bicep curl in the stop. When the moves are done together, you often have to lighten your weights, and it feels less safe. Thanks for terrific routine!!

I'm on vacation and don't have any equipment besides my mini bands, but I was so excited to see this workout I just had to do it! I kind of made my own version of it modifying with the bands. Looking forward to doing the real workout with dumbbells when I return home! 😀
Did this one again today, I find I'm revisiting alot of your workouts that I particularly love, and this is one of my fav's! It's super hot here today (85 F already at 8:30 AM when I started), so I was sweating very intensely, and actually dripping by the end! 💦😅 Loved the breathing exercises at the end, too. I have forgotten lately how great intentional breathing is for relieving anxiety and regulating the nervous system.

My favorite workout! No repeat alternating between cardio and strength. I liked the kickboxing moves that you included. It reminded me of your kickboxing cardio workout. That was fun 😉.

Thanks for another great workout. You mentioned not having knee problems and I have to say it shows. I find your workouts to be lunge and squat heavy and though I’m working hard on leg strength and do appreciate all I’ve improved from it, after having an ACL replaced twice, I still wish you’d mix up your workouts a bit more to have a few less lunges and squats more often. Thank you for all the great motivation!
I hear you. I do try to incorporate lots of glute thrusts as well, I do a lot more specific leg exercises in the Membership videos. First and foremost, I do the workouts for myself, looking at my own body and seeing hw/what I want to train. If that works for others to follow along, that's great. One day I may have knee problems and will have to adapt!
Wow Tracy I love that format and for some reason my heart rate was up in the 160s and 170s! That’s pretty high for me lol, kind of freaked me out,but I felt fine though! That breathing at the end was perfect it brought my heart rate down beautifully 😊
Blurry? You're saying the blonde in the videos looks even better? 😉 The video was slightly more pixelated. I mostly noticed due to seeing a lot of your videos. Still solid and the text was still legible. Good mix here to get the heart pumping. Solid week overall. Nice job Trace.👍🏽
Loved this workout, Tracy! Thank you! Did this on day 7 of COVID and found I had to push through that initial feeling of bleh, but finished the workout. I've been able to keep workout during COVID and it didn't seem to affect me too much. I hope that you are fully recovered now yourself? As you mentioned in another video that you had also had COVID. This was one of my favorite weight + cardio routines ever! What a great variety of exercises, and I loved all of them. Well, it won't always happen. It takes me a very long time to edit that individual sound out, but I will do it when I can.
