- 45 Minute Intense Cardio with Weights! If you don't think adding mere 5 pound dumbbells to your cardio workout makes a huge difference, think again! These little weights had my heart rate soaring within the first few exercises. PLUS, no jumping make this intense cardio workout easier on the joints and ligaments, but it does not sacrifice calories burned!

My second time doing this workout---it's one of my faves! Time goes by quickly and it's so easy to add weights or jumps to work harder when I want.

Just what the doctor ordered for today! Needed to get my body moving in my heart rate up after a girls weekend with some indulgences. I have to say when you talk about editing the videos for six or seven hours I always wish you could just film it and put it up I know that is not realistic but I admire you so much for putting in the time and then learning new software. I love this workout! High intensity without the jumping. I saw your new tabata workout and would love to see a low impact tabata. However, I pretty much know how to modify but for some reason it makes me feel like I'm not giving 100% if the instructor is jumping and I'm not. I appreciate all the variety of workouts you give us Tracy!

love this workout! Mostly because its my two favorite things - low impact and no repeat!!! I felt like quitting on fitness a year ago. I had a nerve injury in my foot and it took 9 months for anyone to figure it out. I had to modify everything and scour youtube for workouts I could do. I did a lot of your workouts because I enjoyed working out with you even if I couldn't do what you did. Here I am now and I did an entire workout standing! Thanks for what you do Tracy. 💕

I am 74 and live in an apt. So this video was fabulous! Glad I didn’t have to constantly go to the floor and then jump up - that’s hard for me and there was none of that in this video. Loved it!

Oh, I really had a lot of fun with this one. You can make it as hard or easy as you want. Sometimes I went high intensity; and with other moves I left off the squat (so many squats!) and just used my upper body. Great combo. Fast and sweaty. Thank you.

Awesome! Thank you for another standing low impact workout. Can't wait to do this. 37 days until my cervical spine fusion. Need to stay strong and in shape. These types of workouts are my go-to's right now. Well, probably until Fall. Tracy, you have become my instructor of choice. Usually I can figure out low impact options on my own but you usually show the mods and I appreciate it. Less thinking involved for me.

I really loved this one, thank you Tracy, thank you for all your workouts ❤️ are ALWAYS so effective🔥!! Strangely I find that low-impact workouts with weights are more difficult because are deceiving and I end up lifting heavier believing that it is easy, and secondly because there is no momentum here, like when jumping, so the muscles get it stronger... And I burned more calories than I usually burn with high intensity cardio or bodyweight...

Walk around Stanley Park for sure or at least go there! A strenuous hike would be the Grouse grind, but it’s amazing. The views are spectacular. Head to Granville Island as well it’s always a good experience
