- 45 Minute Low Impact Cardio and Compound Workout No Repeat Total Body Workout. I do love a good compound workout, as you know, but now we are combining it with some low impact exercises as well. This total body workout is a no repeat workout, and I'll be alternating between cardio and strength. Let's hit this compound and low impact cardio workout and move daily!

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
I always underestimate how challenging your low impact workouts are gonna be. Low impact definitely doesn’t mean low intensity, clearly! This workout was 🔥🔥🔥

Whoa!! For anyone doubting if this workout is high intensity enough…fear not! Somehow, Tracy managed to sneak in a combo of cardio moves (with light hand weights) that surpassed my typical caloric burn in a high-impact workout like this! 🤯 Kudos to you, Tracy!! 🙌🏼

I had a nurse tell me I was lucky in my health: I almost told her, most of it isn't luck. Many passive people here in the US are passive about their health. The more sick people, the more insurance goes up too. 45 minutes it not too much, not too little.

I absolutely love this format. Anything cardio / weights combined is just what this old girl needs!! You have so much content Tracy, it's fantastic. I have scoliosis (plus a ton of other back related issues - arthritis, degenerative disc and on and on ) and the only time my back does not bother me is when I am working out. High impact is out ( never really loved it but am having a hard time accepting that I shouldn't do it anymore) and your combined weight and low impact cardio has me inspired once again. I cannot say enough about how much I am loving your workouts! Thanks for all you do!

Well, I chickened out of doing the 10 and 20 workout, but I found this one that I hadn’t tried before. This was fun. I love no repeat and alternating between cardio and strength! The strength moves were good. I made some of the cardio moves high impact, but even doing low impact kept my heart rate up with the addition of weights.😊
