Today I walked 5 miles before this workout...it seemed to hinder my endurance (hip movement). Tomorrow I'm going to switch it up to see if that works better for me. Excellent workout!! Thanks Tracy!!
Great format. Loved it. Nothing in and of itself was "hard", but strung together like this I found it challenging. Glad there were 15 seconds between exercises (though I probably shouldn't mention it as you might cut it to 10 next time!).
This was a fun format and I love the no repeat! I had to laugh when you said that you always do cardio kicks when your mind goes blank. A few days ago I was doing one of your no repeat workouts that I love and have done several times. You do both cardio kick hops and cardio kicks. It made me wonder if your mind went blank twice 😂😊.
I did these today, finished it and it was great workout. I felt like a different person afterwards like I can conquer any fear or anxiety I have, great stress reliever 😊 Thank you, Tracy❤️😊
Excellent advice from Tracy. I'm an advanced exerciser who loves using Tracy's beginner workouts, because it's always good to pay attention to form points to work muscles correctly and avoid injury. I use weights appropriate to me. If you want a longer workout--and congrats for wanting to challenge yourself--it's great to add a second workout, and easy to jump ahead 4 minutes to skip the warmup. Another great benefit is that you can choose a different area of focus in the 2nd workout. Good luck!
@@TracySteenMoveDaily You sound a bit different; a little tunnel like. It's not dramatic, but it makes a difference; at least to me. It won't stop me from doing your workouts though. Do you think you can bring back the 3 second countdown beeps?

I wish you had more longer workouts for the beginners - it’s hard to follow when you don’t know the moves - the beginner ones are too short
Well, you can simply do two of them :) or even, one and then add on half of another.
